Mizro was impressive and a class player, never giving up one bit....RPI's QB, being a freshmen, will be someone to watch for some time.....Can only get better....Marotti, still a junior, has really improved and has learned some lessons...including NOT throwing into double coverage, running with the ball or throwing it away when all else fails, and lastly, he figured out he doesn't have to be Brett Farve and win the game by himself....

Didn't Marotti have like 5 INTs in a game a couple weeks ago?

This will be a great matchup and RT really can't wait for people to see the RPI offense and the poise of the RPI QB. He doesn't play like a Fr. and folks would be best served not making any grand claims on Marotti until they see Robertson play.

RT is wondering what happened to St.John Fisher in the top 25? Weren't they #5 or something like that a week or 2 ago? They haven't lost in the meantime.....don't get RT wrong, though...he has thought SJF didn't deserve to be ranked that high all along but was just curious on the changes in the rankings.....

I do think that they were ranked that high in the "highly respectable" Don Hansen Poll!

Ok..thanks for the clarification. RT knew he saw SJF #5 somewhere but couldn't remember...now that you mention it, RT's memory has been jogged and he does remember it being in the Don Hansen poll. That's the same poll that gives all the love to 'Rensselaer Tech'

Nobody made any grand claims about Marotti, just that he has been better the past 2 weeks..... I also said that Im claiming Mizro as #1 in the LL but that could easily change after I witness the shoes game this week as I know that RPI's freshman is darn good!!!!

Of course...it's Union week..

And RT reread his posts...there's no lack of class on RTs part, if that's what Reno is implying. RT has already seen a few posts from Union folks that could clearly be construed as challenges from Schenectady to Troy...and RT has responded in a good natured, appropriate way.

Reno..best you leave the heavy stuff to seasoned RPI & Union folks this week who are veterans of this rivalry. The LL set the schedule up this way for a reason, and now the prospective has become reality.  We'll take it from here....

being a Union hardcore fan (email coaches weekly and go to as many games as possible) this week as you know is our game and RPI'S game of the year EVERY YEAR minus a playoff push...

RT...Where's the "Grand Claims" Zach made on Marotti?  "Learned some lessons?" "Doesn't have to win the game by himself?" Hardly "Grand Claims"...He IS a very good QB...He was very good as a Freshmen also...Zach has been impressed with Robertson..."Can only get better"..."Dangerous Offense"...are some of the statements Zach has made....Don't need to make any crazy statements because its only six days away and we'll all get to see who can perform to their best on Saturday....

So JT is sitting here, watching the NFL, piecing together the first run through of the ATR.  Fiancee (sexy, awesome cook, etc etc) hands JT some leftovers and says, "Eat this before it goes bad."

First time the phrase is bothering JT.  JT notices:

1) Fiancee never eats from the before it goes bad menu.

2) JT is usually noshing on said food Sunday before garbage day on Monday.

JT is feeling like a garbage disposal, even though the food is great with nary a side affect yet.  Maybe JT needs to get a dog.

This week marks the annual match up of 2 gang's of grown men fighting over a pair of feminine slippers that don't even match. Union the huge leader in the series comes in looking to claim an undeafted season. RPI...(also known as the engineers are so deep in math equations they have created their own formula's to add extra wins to their career matchup total) comes in hoping to win and steal the LL from Union who is in the driver's seat.

A lot has happened this year. The RPI boys experienced the beauty of being single 20 and 30 year olds by going to hooters and driniking until they couldnt walk...then went home and ate until they had to be rolled around like the blueberry girl from willy wonka... Union fans cried as frank rossi posted another formula that they couldn't understand and had to ask RPI posters to explain it to them...

Same situation right now, the Wife is at work im watching the lil one and I really do not want to cook anything right now.  So all I am left with is left over chili or a bowl of cereal...If i wasnt 280lbs i'd be withering away to nothing!
