LLPP BREAKING STORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hobart equipment manager Bob Toner has turned the water hoses on at Boswell field in anticipation of this weekend's LL Championship Game!

TGP,
This tactic has worked against Union in the past.   Like the year Hamilton upset Union waay waaay way back(1984) in the day.

NOtice to all LLPPFF members

Anybody want to trade for any member of the Sucky Airport Fatties?

Due to the second to last place standing of his team, Garnet is offering any player to anyone.

Do what you have to do to get the deal done.  Garnet has no clue how to make a transaction on YahooFF.

I see good ole Johnny Audino is on the ECAC selection panel. He'll have an easy job picking his own team for the ECAC's after he goes 0-2 vs. HobaRPI

He's forced off the call when voting occurs, should Union be eligible.

I don't think Hobart will be able to stop #1 so I think their ability to stop union's pass attack will be key for them on the defensive side of the ball. If Marotti doesn't throw any picks I think Union will roll.

Union's D has not allowed alot of rushing yards since the Springfield game so I think Hobart will have to pass alot against a Union secondary which has been vulnerable to some big plays.

Obviously who the hell knows how the weather will factor in....hopefully Audino will not repeat the mistakes of the Rowan game in the snow where he had Marotti keep passing and Rowan had a bunch of picks.

Hey Bart folks....where's a good place to stay as we'll be flying in from the west coast for the game?

The following 27 teams are elligible for the ECAC Championships.  An "X" denotes that the team is eligible for the NCAA Playoffs.  Ten teams have received such "X"s, but only six of these teams, at most, will be invited to the NCAA Playoffs.  The ECAC Committee will choose six teams from the remaining teams.  Therefore, teams not in the top 12 (indicated by the dotted line) must play their way into an ECAC slot or hope for the Committee to try to balance Upstate NY team appearances with New England team appearances.

well done JT.

Gro's pulling for coast guard to make the playoffs... but if they don't and RPI does their part the last 2 weeks... how about a Shot Glass game?

Then you should root for Union to beat Hobart -- and then RPI to beat Union.  First, you'd want two LL teams in the NCAA for that scenario.  Also, if RPI falls into the 3-loss New England team grouping...we all know who Steve Bamford and Co. favor in that situation.

At 3-5, JT figures he has a shot at the playoffs he gets rolling NOW.  Might as well go for it.
