Uh oh! Looks like Wikipedia wants to delete the page for the following reason:

non-notable college athlete

What a shame. But then, that's all they have at Cortland. Luckily for us, the article has been saved for posterity:

QuoteRyan fullen
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search

Ryan Fullen is currently the cornerbacks coach at Cortland State University in Cortland, New York. Fullen is in his second full season with the Red Dragons.

A 2005 graduate of Salve Regina University in Rhode Island, Fullen was a standout safety and linebacker for the Seahawks (NOT the NFL team) from 2000-03. He recorded 72 tackles as a senior and was the squad's Defensive Impact Player of the Year as a junior.

Fullen served as an assistant coach at St. George's School in Newport, R.I., in 2004. The Toms River, N.J., native is a graduate of Monsignor Donovan High School, where he lettered in football and tennis. He is currently single and resides in Cortland.

[edit] Controversy

Fullen was recently criticized for attempting to post under a pseudonym on a message board at [1]. Under the handle "DJAC Darrell", Fullen posted five times on the "New Jersey Athletic Conference" (of which Cortland is a football member) board, before his final (and fatal) post on the "Cortaca '06" board, named for the yearly rivalry game between Cortland and superior rival Ithaca College. Fullen posted a picture of standout Red Dragon defensive back Stef Sair, joking that he was Ithaca quarterback Josh Felicetti's "favorite receiver", a joke on Sair's past interceptions of Felicetti. In the end it turned out to not be the lame attempt at humor that was Fullen's downfall, but the e-mail address he had listed that contained his last name. Regular poster "realistic", known for his quick outings of current players or coaches, soon made it known that Fullen was posting, and after the ensuing ridicule Fullen withdrew his account from the website. Throngs of disappointed Cortland fans stated their intention to "not even bother to show up and leave at halftime" at this year's game. Whether Fullen will be disciplined by the football staff remains to be seen.

Gee RT, what a surprise...we haven't been able to change your mind?

Hey now...ZA was at hooters today for lunch and it might be a good idea to point the girls to that "rodeo video" and see if ZA can start a little rodeo competition to film for the LLPP....

In short, the Cortland CB coach was caught posting taunts on the Cortaca board and the rest is just poking fun of him.

Unbelievable.  If that is true, that coach should get s*** canned for doing something as stupid as that.  What a bonehead.

+K to the LL, just because I had accused you all of smiting tags without sufficient proof!

I do think there are people that get their kicks out of smiting though.....

Union Fans, Players, Coaches... I wanna say something. I'm gonna put it out there; if you like it, you can take it, if you don't, send it right back.

"UNION SUCKS!"

Wanted:  A Rochester/Hobart attendee this Saturday who would like to file a report during the Frank Rossi/Redtackle halftime show.  Since it is almost a certainty that a Hobart win would give Hobart a Pool C bid, it will be an important game to the Liberty League.  Please private if you have a cell phone, can text message and are willing.
