the bag shall be delivered within the hour... good thing gro decided to rid himself of the super 8 filth that covered his body in the AM...

it is possible that gro will be at the game with a full contingent of schenectady's finest tomorrow... call it a doid posse if you will.

sauce king, welcome aboard. stay aboard, it'll be fun.

Gro...can you bring the Guiness (lots) and Jamieson tomorrow?

can do, but given the reliability of my ride... gro's arrival time is most likely 10:30-11.

shoes...schmooz.....bring on the NCAAs
Union 35  RPI  14

after the shoes game, usually gro would pull for union in the NCAA's... but if this kinda disrespect continues... hopefully your son is a better sportsman.

JT

Since JT has a vested interest in the outcome, and the since RPI guys are funnier than the rest of the LL:

UNION SUCKS!!!

GO RPI!!!

Although JT's second favorite DIII team is RPI, and that he'd be at the Shoes if he wasn't heading to Europe next week, he is right now a playoff whore.  He's also a fan of Alfred, Kings, Cortland, and Norwich

Rolevio doesn't understand how one can have a second favorite team unless one's kid went there, however Rolevio is also rooting for Coast Guard to win the NEFC, half for amusement value, half just to see if the NEFC gets 2 teams in with a 10-1 Curry.

During RPI's semi-final run in 2003 and their good performance against Nat'l Champs St. John's, it kinda tugged at JT's underdog heart strings.  Remember JT was the ATR East guy at the time.  He's become more of a fan of East DIII football in general.  Plus who can resist stories of 'gro, clad in only a Ewing jersey, peeing in a closet.  How can one not be a fan of the Engineers?

The NEFC is highly unlikely to get a second bid.  The NCAA generally hasn't looked favorably on one-loss teams from weak conferences.  Monmouth went 9-1 in the MWC two years ago and didn't get a bid.

In case anyone missed BudCrew's pick...from 'Around the Region'

RPI-Union for the Dutchman's Shoes: I think RPI will throw everything but the kitchen sink at Union, and I will give RPI a small edge being in the friendly confines of '86 Field.
However in the end, I think the four-pronged attack of Marotti, Arcidiacono, Angiletta and Twichell will be too much for RPI to overcome. Union 24, RPI 17.

RT is going to print this and staple it to BC's chest after RPI thumps Onion on Sat...BC must wear this to work for 2 weeks straight.

What BC failed to grasp is the Coach King had a secret meeting on Wed with Roto Rooter to develop a game plan that will add that missing ingredient to throw at the U on Sat.

RPI 26

Union 23

The Prestige....

Amazing flick.  Highly recommended.

LD11 will be trying to follow the game tomorrow from class.  Good luck to all involved.  Have a blast.  I hope to hear of a 1 on 1 nutcracker with 'Gro vs. Regulator.  Sorry Reg, but you're looking a little skinny these days.  I'm gonna take the tan guy.

Frank, U89, and the other Union LLPP members...GOod Luck.  Have fun in Troy, but do know this...Troy is not as good without LD11.

FInally my prediction...RPI 49 Union 45.  RPI has proved time and time again that their defense sucks.  Hopefully the offense can outscore the Onion.

Someone please smash a cheese platter and break a wine glass for me.  Oh, and throw a long pass in the North Lot intentionally off one of the many Volvo's parked there...And punch one of the Indian kids in the dorms washing their feet in the sink...

From the N. Cackalacka...LD11 OUT!!!

Gordon saw the Prestige last week.

Not quite as good as Memento, but still pretty good.
