Reguhator: TDT just perused the Red Eyes site for the Debut 2007 Photo Gallery and came up empty.  Am I missing it or was the extraganza canceled??  Also, boring, heh?  My thinking is how can Anything be boring in Vegas.  I will report back on the Paris next month...

LD: Thinking about goin' to Dodger Stadium for a game.  TDT remembers talking about ballpark trips with you, but can't remember have you been to Chavez Ravine?

Alright my smarta$$ brethren, fair enough.  Just a quick inquiry...Did any of you clowns make the trip to St. John's in 03 (besides RedTackle and his crew)??

Next, TDT is headed for his maiden voyage to Vegas next month.  Staying at the Paris.  I know you fellas know the Strip like stink on sh!t.  TDT wants to know the best Sportsbook, best casino, best cocktails, best looking girls (location), etc.  Should have sweaty balls and swamp a$$ for the duration of the trip.  Also, considering driving to LA for a couple days.  Anybody done that trip before?  Just read Bill Simmons recap of this little jaunt, sounds interesting to say the least.

Third, Regulator: Why could you NOT be at Red-Eyes last weekend?  Is MR starting to call the shots?  "NO more Mista Nice Guy..."

MGM has a really nice sportsbook, and there's a walkway over to NYNY which is a cool scene.  Lots of skanky women just hanging out looking for a weekend fling at NYNY.  Mandalay Bay pool...nuff said.  Go to the roof bars like the VooDoo lounge and Ghostbar.  If you have a couple people with you, get a VIP bottle table.  Gets you past the lines, and its usually cheaper overall.  Go on the roller coasters. 

And most importantly, take every card a little Mexican guy gives you on your walk down the strip. 

The drive from LA to Vegas is cake.  You can go about 85-90 without issue.  All desert around.  Nothing special but cool if you never done it.

Watch out for Ninjas.

LAX is the worst airport in America.  Hands down.  Poorly set up and badly managed.  Don't check a bag if you can avoid it.  Minimum 45 min to 1 hour wait at the baggage claim once you get back into LA.  Sucks.  Burbank to Vegas is the way to go. 

Drive to Vegas is Cake?  TGP disagrees completely.  Once you are out of LA the drive is cake.  The drive back is about as fun as getting repeatedly kicked in the nutz by a pack mule. 

Once took TGP 7-8 hours b/c of traffic.  An accident on the 15?  You're f-ed.  It's the only way back into town.  Even worse if you add in a hang over and losing at the tables (or going a bit too crazy at the "gentleman's club" after a good run).

LD probably enjoys getting kicked in the nutz by a pack mule.

TDT- They are not up yet....for some reason, it takes them a few days to get them up.  Who knows why......

Vegas is NOTHING like you see on TV.  There are people sitting down just like at any other local casino.  See Reg called LD11 while I was there and it sounds like its a good place for a bunch of guys to go rather than a couple.

TGP would give FIX in the Bellagio a "top notch lock" rating.  Had an unbelieveably good rib eye there last time in Vegas.  The "scenary" was excellent as well (not to mention it's literally right next to the sports book).

The Bellagio sports book is the best in vegas.  Id say the Mirage is right behind in terms of empty $1000 leather chairs and plenty of free beer.  Ceasars is pretty impressive too but gets crowded.

Id also say the Mirage pool is the best from top to bottom.  Ceasars and Bellagio and Venetian are cool too but they are more laid back.  Ive heard the Mandalay Bay is like the Mirage where its a good inbetween atmosphere.  You arent going to see a lot of drunk chicks taking their tops off at Ceasars, the Bellagio or the Venetian, but you will see that at the Flamingo, maybe the mirage and mandalay bay.

But there is nothing, and I mean nothing, like the Hard Rock Casino Pool on Sundays for their "rehab" party.  I dont care what anybody says, this party is the best thing you will ever see outside of a strip club or the playboy mansion.  Basically, its all the vegas and LA strippers, pornstars, dancers, models and wannabe strippers, pornstars, dancers and models all decked out in thongs, optional tops and other shannigans.  In fact, the hardrock pool is fantastic anytime.  You can pay $30 I think to go early but the line is hours long if you show up after 8.

JU- Checked out some Rehab pictures posted online....man that place looks crazy....just as you described it to, all dressed to kill.  I also caught a video and there seemed to be a bunch of different groups of girls and guys, however it looked kind of 8th grade dancish....where the girls were all dancing on each other and the dudes were standing there watching.....

Thanks for all the info from the LLPP.  There will be clearly much more to see and do in the 4 days than ever possible.  TDT will probably be going down to the Club to pay homage to his boy Pac Man as well.

JU: Can TDT just walk into the pool area at any of these hotel/casinos and shack up, enjoy fruity cocktails, take in the scenery, and get sh!tty?  I mean TDT would prefer not to spend his time in Vegas in the clink if at all possible.

Isn't the Bellagio where Pete Rose sells his Soul to the Devil 14 days a month (signs autos as advertised on the Best Damn Sports Show Period)??
