Just for the record, Gro handles karma on a day by day, case by case basis. If you're worthy, you get it... if you're a jackoff gro will smite you like nobody's business.

For example, everyones favorite posters Frank "The Tank" Rossi and "The Grammatical Gladiator" RedSwarm81... have seen both pos and neg karma from Gro.

It sounds like RT is taking the Knightstalker road to physical perfection.  Knightstalker is also 6'3" with 30" legs.  Knightstalker has been pushing the 300 lb mark ever since he had back surgery and was forced to be inactive for a long time.  Knightstalker is trying to get back to 235-240.

ZA just got timed and timed in at 10 flat....Only one problem....that was a 40 yard dash.....ZA's son was laughing his arse off...and will NEVER believe ZA ever ran a 4.7...Can't blame him!!!

Perhaps it IS time to get at least a little healthy!!!

Dawg is right.  "Old Man Strength" is nothing to be messed with.  Bus is still rather young, dumb, and fulla cum, but he anxiously awaits the day when he can take his old man.  Can someon please explain the phenomenon that is OMS???

RT, let's not get all crazy on your dimensions.  LD11 is 5'11" 210lbs and has been wearing a 38" waist since he was 18.  My mom bought me big pants and always told mei'd grow into them.  Now they are perfect with a belt.

When Knightstalker was 18 he had to wear size 38 pants so his thighs could fit in them.  Momma Knightstalker had to take them in in the waist so they would fit right.  That was before Knightstalkers HS had a squat rack and Knightstalker used to do the full rack on the leg press station on the Universal weight machine (Knightstalkers high school was the first in their conference to have a weight room even, late 70's many highschools in Knightstalkers region of NJ didn't even have free weights on campus.) Knightstalker also used to ride about 25 miles a day on his bike in HS due to a bad foot and knee that made distance running painful.
