seriously.... you know like a week or two ago, he was sitting back expecting nothing to come of this whole thing because he's Michael Vick.  Now everyone else turns and his options now revolve around how long he wants to risk going to prison for.

What KS likes is Vick and his attorneys could make a deal with the federal prosecutors for a year and the judge could turn around and say, no I think three and half years is better.  Thank you for playing the plea game.

Feds:  Ok, we have you dead to rights.  You'll do 5-10 in a pound you in the azz prison.  Or you can roll over on Vick and get 18 months at a minimum security.
