can I through out this comparison... Union= Notre Dame... Prestigous Universities starting off really bad...

Not able to score an offensive touch down for long periods of time

Young unexperianced quaterbacks

both schools graduated players considered all time greats...can we continue

yeah...11 Nat'l Champions (ironically, Audino on team for 1) vs.  0

quite the comparison

Union grad and player alum here... NNR sees the comparison of being 0-2

but both schools graduated all-time greats??? Rich Romer is like the only NFL player from the U... all-time greats at their levels maybe, but NNR sees no comparison between the 2 except Audino has been to both campuses and been involved in their programs...

Notre Dame has Touchdown Jesus...
Union has a statue of lion that has been painted 23,000,000 times

Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Union Fighting dutchmen

Notre Dame Indepenant
Union in a league...

HMMMM NNR is confused
Anyone notice how none of the kids from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory were even a little bit cool... Where was the athlete who pile drives wonka into the chocolate river??? Coulda done sooo much more with that "classic"

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

NNR chooses not to sue you. Legal fees are not worth it to NNR... NNR simply was stating your 3 or 4 comparisons could be made with about 100 other teams and were very generic...NNR will give an example

Is it just NNR or are the Declaration of Indepenence  and Green Eggs and Ham like the same documents

Both written by a man
Both have words
Both have extremely famous sayings

NNR is not trying at all to bash your comment just simply saying in is very generic and inaccurate

At least you are finally admitting it!

NNR not really...While Union has not won the national championships...Notre Dame has not won a NC in my memory...so I don't think of them as having 11 NC...everything else is pretty accurate and real just fun nothing serious

Forget the ND/Union comparisons... Union will win WAY more games than ND this year.

(it's a joke men, you can laugh) Actually I think ND MIGHT win 3-4... Union?

So because it isnt in your memory it didn't happen???
NNR doesn't remember watching Babe Ruth play baseball...let's erase him from history
NNR doesn't remember 1st grade...never happened
NNR doesn't remember Superman57, he must not be real

do you need someone to help you shovel the hole your digging... nevermind your doing a great job

Babe Ruth and Notre Dame national championships are different... Babe ruth does not keep coming back every year Notre Dame Does.... I am 22 I would have been 4 the last time Notre Dame won a NC...and would have not even had cable yet living in the boonies in New Hampshire

SO because of your age it excuses you to eliminate the past 100 years of college football that you choose to remember or know. A true college football fan knows the history of the Fighting Irish and why they are one of the most popular teams in College Sports... Personally NNR hates them, but at no time will NNR try to say it is okay to dismiss their legacy because NNR "doesn't recollect their wins." NNR was in England on a term abroad in 2004. College football and the NFL still happened even though. Why? Because the world doesn't revolve around what NNR saw or remembers... nor does it revolve around you... NNR BELIEVES SUPERMAN57 has been poisoned with a new kryptonite... ignorance

I'll take the case pro bono.  Perhaps we could get a good settlement and force SM57 to begin to spell check.  It would be a win for humankind.

Time to take this poll down, I think.  Here are the results for history's sake:

Question: Taking into account opponents and the positions on each team's schedule, which Liberty League team has done the best job in scheduling their 2007 out-of-conference opponents?

Union (Springfield -- Game 1, Muhlenberg -- Game 2)   3 (6.8%)
RPI (Endicott -- Game 1, Utica -- Game 2)   4 (9.1%)
St. Lawrence (Norwich -- Game 1, Alfred -- Game 2)   1 (2.3%)
Hobart (Dickinson -- Game 1, Carnegie Mellon -- Game 2, Alfred -- Game 8 )   19 (43.2%)
Rochester (Carnegie Mellon -- Game 1, St. John Fisher -- Game 2, Mt. Ida -- Game 6)   6 (13.6%)
WPI (Mass.-Dartmouth -- Game 1, Worcester St. -- Game 2, Becker -- Game 3)   3 (6.8%)
USMMA (Kean -- Game 1, Coast Guard -- Game 2, William Patterson -- Game 3)   2 (4.5%)
Susquehanna (Moravian -- Game 1, Lebanon Valley -- Game 2, Lycoming -- Game 3)   6 (13.6%)
