Hey RT here ia a little follow up on your VMW call

08:43  VMW VMware: Initiation details (79.31 )

We note VMW was initiated by many brokers this morning. Bear Stearns initiated VMW with an Outperform and a $106 tgt based on their view that the co is the right technology (x86 server virtualization) to solve a pressing need (to operate and manage IT resources more efficiently) at the right time (the technology has become generally accepted as dependable). They also cite sustainable leadership in the virtualization and sustainable meaningful mkt growth... As mentioned at 6:29, BofA initiated VMW with a Neutral and a $75 tgt saying it's a leading provider (~90% share) of virtualization software, a thinly penetrated (<5%), high growth mkt in tech that allows multiple op systems and apps to run simultaneously on the same piece of hardware... Also mentioned, Deutsche Bank initiated VMW with a Hold and an $80 tgt. They note, while VMW is the clear leader in the virtualization sector and is positioned for strong revenue and earnings growth, they believe the share price already reflects much of this opportunity... VMW was also initated at Wachovia with a Market Perform and a $70-75 tgt, UBS with a Buy, Citigroup with a Buy and a $100 tgt, Credit Suisse with a Neutral and a $85 tgt and J.P Morgan with an Overweight.

hopefully folks got in when RT dropped the tip when it was in the $60's

No, because the SEC now monitors this board.

Can someone please explain to NNR how UW-Whitewater is #3 in the nation with a loss 3 weeks in... NNR is not familiar with many of their scheaduled teams and is curious

St. Cloud St. isn't D-3.  Thus, it does not count against UW-Whitewater in the mix of things.

Indeed, we wouldn't expect them to beat a D-II team with 36 scholarships on the road. They did drop a spot, however.

RT has just sent a note to Coach King to inquire with Charlie Weiss about adding ND as a mid-season addition to the schedule. RT is both an RPI and ND fan and has mapped out a few scenarios

1) ND is clearly down in 2007 so playing a D3 team could be a guaranteed win for them (b/c even the service acadamies aren't a lock this year)
2)  ND is clearly down in 2007 so RPI could catch them napping and pull off an upset, the likes which college FB has never seen
3) If RPI gets crushed, it won't hurt them in their scheduling. Also, it would showcase a top notch D3 program that combines commitments to academic and athletic excellence in case some ND folks want to jump ship. However, it may also work against RPI if ND wishes to poach the RPI QB.
4) It would give millions of fans exposure to WRPI broadcasters

JU-
That guy who crashed his boat was probably a red sox fan.

(That is the type of joke a NYY fan would tell and then the RS fan would get all pissed and then the NYY fan would bring up XX championships, then the RS fan would say hey where are you in the standings right now, oh well you have more money than everyone, oh well you buy your team, oh who beat you for the championship last, oh well...nice fanny pack, ETC, ETC, ETC...

This is why JT has been silent lately.  The arguements always run in circles concerning the Sox and Yankees.  Although JT had a Yankee player hating Sox fan at the B&B in Stowe, VT this weekend.  Busting his balls over breakfast was a fun way to start the day. And JT didn't start it.  The dood was wound way too tight for vacation.

Allright Reg,

JU recently installed 51 harvey windows into his property last year, only to find that 2 of them have already cracked.  They are under warranty, but should I have consulted LLPP contractors before I put in the Harvey windows?  It will be a future rental property, but Harvey still has good windows....

JU's property before new siding, Harvey windows and New decks....

You replaced 51 windows?  WOW...that's alot.  Reg hasn't ever done a window on his house yet, however can't imagine why they would be cracking....Does your house have any foundation cracks?  Where and how are the windows cracking?

How much does a standard 36X54 window cost?  Any reason you chose Harvey?

Both windows were on the first floor and the lady that lives there noticed them the other day.  Very small cracks but Im wondering if they were hit by rocks by the next door neighbors 3000HP tractor lawnmore that he uses for about 2 square feet of backyard.  2 cracks though tell me they were defective that is not uncommon.

A guy that I use to work for in college did all the work for me though.  I had already heard that harvey was a good quality window that you wouldnt overpay for.  As for the cost, Im still not sure for each window since there were 4 different sizes including basement, bathroom and 3 glass doors in the rear.  But they were about $225 each window including installation.

Foundation is still good, havent called my buddy, or Harvey about the replacements yet though.

RT, sometimes the add/drop won't work while the games are still being played. Today it should work.  As for the roster changes, do what yellow hat suggested.

PBR, those are the worst fantasy losses... but not the very worst thing in FF.  That's when a team only scores 85 points and wins (ahem, Mr. "Defending Champ" TDT).

JU...pbr had one window w/ a small crack that occured during shipping and they made/shipped a new window in a week (that is they made a replacement pane) took pbr 10 seconds to take out the old one out of the pins and pop the new one in...call they will make and ship you a new one in no time. they should or your contractor have all your measurements on file so you can give them the correct measurements to make a new one.

Unbeknownst to U89, his broker got him in on 500 shares at $26 a couple months ago.
