You need to broaden your horizons.  Then you can challenge me to Jeopardy too.  Except for 'Gro, he's nasty at Jeopardy, but I still think I could take him.

Imagine if Gro actualy got on Jeopardy and crushed the competition?

Alex: And lets welcome our returning champ gro. It says here that you had a favorite article of clothing in college?

Gro: Yes Alex, it was my Patrick Ewing Knicks jersey. One night I went out wearing normal clothes and woke up the next morning in that jersey... and only that jersey.

Alex: O... Kay....  let's get back to the game.

Does it make JU any less of a man that Raspberry UFO is one of his favorite beers now?  And that the last two nights I went out of my way to buy two seperate six packs on two seperate trips of the beer?
Is it really strong raspberry flavor or just a hint?  Reg doesnt know if he has ever saw it before.

Its hard to explain.  Im going to say its a little more than a hint, but its heavy like a beer.  Its not like a hard lemonade or smirnoff Ice that gets too sweet after 4-5 (for me).  You could get a 12 pack of these and have good long night.

But like LD, I like the winter warmer stuff too.  Not all the time, but I like to mix up my beers.  And when it comes down to drinking 10 beers at the airport bar, then 5 more on the plane, then 2 more while you wait for you bags at the airport you land at......JU is a professional.

J-U's drink of choice ...

JU has drunk (drank?) a total of 23 Zimas in his entire lifetime.  And all 23 came on the weekend of 10/2/94.

Now only Utica football players drink them when they lose to colleges that have had football for a year and a half......

And on that note, people should check out the Husson, ME roster.  Guys from Florida, CT, NJ.....? Things are fishy there.

Well JU, I got your back.  I would challenege anyone who thinks Raspberry UFO is a 'girly' drink to have 12 of them.  Harpoon makes a very potent beer.  UFO is delicious.  Raspberry UFO is even better.  Go ahead and make fun of me because I love the Harpoon Winter Warmer because it tastes like a Ginger Bread cookie.  I dare you to try and out drink me.

I'll admit it...LD11 likes Smirnoff Ice.  LD11 will have a twisted Tea from time to time.  LD11 loves a big fat orange in his Blue Moon or Pyramid.  Why not drink something that tastes good every now and again?  LD11 is even very versed in his wine intake.

However, tonight, LD11 drinks ML's while shapooing the rugs and watching baseball.  LD11 parents coming to town for the week.  WTFF is cleaning the bathrooms, possibly the worst job in the world.  LD11 works the rugs.  Fair tradeoff me thinks.

How bout them Yankees?  My worry is that Cleveland may have blown their load tonight.  Either that or the Yankees are gonna flat out get hammered....

LD, another good beer you might like if you like regular UFO is an Erdinger.  A place near me serves it on draft and it is fantastic.  Haven't seen or tasted it out of the bottle yet but drafts are a must.

But I like the lemon in the blue moon, but I will tolerate the orange.....

BudCrew,
Getting any e-mails from pissed off MAC & NJAC boys lately??

Yeah. They are amazed that I don't lead the ATR East Column with the NJAC. Not on purpose, of course.

90210, Dawson's Creek, The OC, One Tree Hill....I love em all.  Say what you will.  I'm not ashamed.  DC and OTH were/are both filmed here in Wilmington so it's pretty cool seeing Wilmington on the tube.

Hey, if shampooing rugs and watching teen melodrama makes me 'fruity' then I guess i'm fruity.

Maybe some of you just need to get in touch with your feminine side.  Chicks don't like when you always wear cutoff sleaves and watch WWF and headbutt each other 24/7.  You need to broaden your horizons.  Then you can challenge me to Jeopardy too.  Except for 'Gro, he's nasty at Jeopardy, but I still think I could take him.

Looking forward to a nice golf round this afternoon.  Been a few months...

LD, you know I keed, I keed...
I also take this opportunity for an official Jeopardy challenge... ;D

Fun fact for the day.

What is coxsackievirus?

Coxsackievirus is a member of a family of viruses called enteroviruses. Enteroviruses are made up of a single strand of ribonucleic acid (RNA). The enteroviruses are also referred to as picornaviruses (pico means "small," so, "small RNA virues").

Coxsackievirus was first found in the town Coxsackie south of Albany, New York.

Do I really have to go to work?

Coxsackie is one of those great NY town names. Gro's grandparents live near New Paltz so passing that exit was always good for a laugh.
