The guy probably donated it because he hated Unions crappy frat parties and schenectady in general.  Why else would you give a lion/gremlin to a place like Union?

And I bet you alot of money that somone from RPI would never carve "R.P.I." into a statue.

Ummm...from what I can determine, Union's frat life and frat parties far exceed those, in terms of magnitude, number and enjoyment value, of RPI.

Since Union guys never leave campus, I find it hard to believe you can determine anything about RPI.

I wouldn't drive my Volvo in Troy either.

Not as much money as I'd bet.  And I'm giving better odds, people.

(Face it, I'm as geeky as you get around here, and I'd never carve "R.P.I." into any inanimate object)

From his language, we can tell that Reg has no firsthand experience of "frat life."  ::)

When you say I have no first hand knowledge....does that mean I didn't live with 40 sweaty doods living together, eating together and wearing the same t-shirt 40 days in a row?  If that is 1st hand, then no, Reg doesn't have that sort of knowledge.

If by first hand you mean bouncing around only going to the best parties, then Reg would say, yes he has experienced that.

Since the good "private parties" don't allow 40 sweaty dudes all wearing the same t-shirt in, Reg is glad he wasn't one of those (frat) dudes.

Well, I took the invite from last year and went to the Ruck after Union lost to RPI on the mud of '87.  You willing to accept the reverse and join me for some frat crawling when Union beats RPI this year?

Reg would be down for an hour of postgaming (even though I know frats don't start until 10-11pm there): anything greater than that would not agree with MR's "Logistics"

REG: Did these parties allow lime green polos into them?

RE: Logistics

These have TDT thinking that MR wants to go to bed early and have Mr. Regulator massage her feet while the rest of the Hatas are ripping it up in Troy...

Hey Frank how many "billable" hours today?  That breakdown had to be $250/hr x 3= $750....
Chasing MILFs since '82...

You are close in regards to those logistics TDT.....you will get to meet MR at Shoes '07.

U89 loves his LLPP RPI brothers, but this statement proves you have no clue about fraternity life.....there really is no arguement.  To claim being in a fraternity is '40 sweaty dudes all wearing the same t-shirt' sounds like the RPI crowd at 'Da Shooooz games all wearing thier "Duck the Futchmen" shirts....

In the infamous words of Chuck D.........."Check 'ya self before 'ya wreck 'ya self", Reg.......you are a good dude, but you have no idea....

Wow.  RS81 and U89, brothers from other planets.  Who'da thunk it?

BTW, where is everybody?  It's only the 7th Inning stretch, fer cryin' out loud!  We're 2.25 games from a World Series pitting the Flying Squirrels against the Grinning Indians.

Pity, though--U weren't drinking legally freshman year.

40 sweaty doods all wearing the same T-shirt... haha!!

I hope the RPI vs. Union vs. Whatever school jumps into the fray debate about frat parties ends soon.  They are mostly the same.

What's wrong with 40 sweaty dudes in the same t-shirt and 18 cases of Beast Light in a trash can with Ice?

not a damn thing!  Gro isn't bashing frat parties in general, just the "my school had better parties than your school" debate.  It's college... unless you went to the Citadel you had a fun time.

oxbacker

Ox lives in Charleston SC and works with a bunch of Citadel grads. Its a plus that the College of Charleston is 70% girls and 80% of them are smoking hot, and they seem to love a guy in the good humor uniform.

And my citadel buddies are more perverted and disturbed than my theta chi brethren

Go Red..Ox is prolly going to get fired for posting at work but what the hell
