QuoteZA witnessed runs that were so remarkable, so gutsy and determined, and smart and decisive, that at times, he looked like a man playing against boys...

LD11 once witnessed 'Gro playing 007 on Nintendo 64.  He was so gutsy, determined, smart, and decisive, at times, he looked like a grown man playing with little boys.

After careful consideration, the Liberty League Post Patterns Elders would like to extend the head coaching postion for the LL PP Alumni football team to Zachattack22 for when they start their inaugural season next year if he so chooses to accept it.  Note that there are no rules or stipulations that says he cannot be both a coach and player as well.

LD11 seconds the motion and believes RT should lead the recruiting aspect.

NNR is looking for a bid at wideout or dback... holla if you hear me!
Anyone notice how none of the kids from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory were even a little bit cool... Where was the athlete who pile drives wonka into the chocolate river??? Coulda done sooo much more with that "classic"

'gro

LD11 has a voice that would make a wolverine purr... and pajama pants so fine they'd make Frank Sinatra look like a hobo.

In other words, LD is the balls.

zachattack22

IF ZA was that good a coach, he'd be coaching...So, ZA should probably not be so opinionated about coaches...Of course, they will simply say, hey, we're 11 and 1....and what could ZA say?

However, ZA will accept a player/coach position IF the contract has a "no fire" clause for at least our first season...

ZA would like the opportunity to figure out some adjustments on defense if necessary so he doesn't have to "eat his words" regarding his statements about Union not making adjustments!!!

'Gro eats fire with his hands, and breaks tables with his teeth!  He is feared throughout the land and sometimes can be found sharpening pencils in his ears.

Hey, did anyone see that University of Pa has an annual alumni game where enough alum show up to have two full teams and play every year...There were a lot of "old" guys out on the field.

So, ZA feels the LL PP should be able to field a quality team on both sides of the ball and challenge the E-8 and other leagues....

Certainly we must have an insurance expert on board.....

ZA wishes he never said that about Arcidiacano, "runs so decisive and smart...yadda, yadda, yadda"...

Now look what he's started....

zachattack22

NNR, you should be able to compete for wideout, but ZA will insist that Frank the Tank times you in the 40 in my presence.....

Frank the Tank....will you set up the broadcast team?

ZA will also make sure we have at least three pornstars for cheerleaders...He has connections!

Observtions:

Union

#1 was a big disappointment----he would not have been a 1000 yard runner in the NJAC.   would take anyone of our running back over number 1 anyday.

Not that Thomas Arcidiacono (#1) needs any defending, as his stats speak for themselves, but no running back is going to enjoy much success in a 3-5 defense.  That's what Rowan ran most of Saturday, and that's why Union's passing game was used so much during that day.  Must I remind you about the 20-yard TD to start the game?  Thomas ran to the right sideline into a wall, and then cut back, crossing the ENTIRE FIELD and got clear for the TD.  With the 3-5, he had trouble getting to the outside, and the inside held him to gains of 2 or 3 yards through most of the game.  Once Union's passing game went cold, that was the end of the day.

I'll take T.A. any day over either of your running backs (even when Encarnacion was at 100 percent).

Dunno, ZA...It'd take a lot to get Frank Rossi outta retirement.  Perhaps the pornstars could cheer in his press box cubicle?

Can Bud get a look at a O-line spot? He knows he's not *technically* a LL Alumni, but he supports you guys big time!

EDIT: Also, the E-8 board has been really dead lately.

Bud applauded you for the cheerleaders. Bud would like to benefit from ZA's connections. :D :o

Actually, from being around football so much, Frank the Tank could probably outcoach Zachattack.....

Actually, ZA wouldn't mind trying it out in the broadcasting booth, but he's afraid there would be a language problem....followed by a dismissal from the job!

"Wow, look at that run by Arcidiacano...he f******n ran right over that d end and cornerback"

Ooops, see...fired already!!!

Budcrew, this would be up to the LL PP elders! But how would you explain this to the E-8?

Is an "elder" based on post number or karma?

And, I didn't play when I was in the E-8... play being a relative term (I was on the team, but didn't play only a few downs on varsity)... so if I can get on the LL PP alumni team, it would be highly appreciated!
