WOW....this PRI/Rochacha game is sick....

union89

4th and goal from the 10 for RPI.....Troy boys playing with fire too often this year...

labart96

WOW - UR is going to win!

UR 25 - RPI 21 FINAL

Looks like TGP will be a big Union fan next weekend for Shoeapalooza.

Will get the ascot and cardigan ready!

union89

Shoozapalooza went from a winner take all game to meaningless to Union and a clock watcher for RPI....

Both Union & RPI have no one to blame but themselves....Hobart might have had a bit to do with Union's situation.... :-\

Congrats to the Punpkinheads and Beezzzzzzzzz

And is it science that 3 times a year RPI is down at the half to an inferior team and they just come back and win the game?

Just call me Jonny "the jinz" Utah.......

no call on 4th down, WR looks like he was held.  No way it should have come down to that anyway... kept them in the game.

interesting week coming up, Frank is probably hard at work with the scenarios.

I think if Union beats RPI and Rochester beats Hobart, Union wins the league......

Union would have one loss in the league and everyone else would have 2
Yea Rochester would have one loss but would lose out to Union...

**************

-And the pool C watch might be iffy now for either RPI or Hobart if things happen next week.  It looks like these are the teams to look out for in the pool C watch.  There should be 1-3 pool C spots in the east (1 if the ncaa decides to move in other teams, and 2-3 if they take a few more east teams..)

-Ithaca/Cortland (only one will go)
-Union has to win the league
-RPI will win the league with a win but a loss would put them with other teams
-SJF should get in even with a loss
-Alfred needs a win
-Hartwick
-Montclair still has 2 losses....
-Rochester

Some key cross conference games this year that might affect pool C decisions....

Springfield beat Union
Hobart beat Alfred
SJF beat Rochester
Ithaca/Cortland
Montclair beat Wesley

Union makes the playoffs with a win over RPI and UofR victory over hobart as they will own the tie breaker with the bees, RPI makes the playoffs with a win over Union and Hobart win over Uof as RPI owns the tie breaker vs Hobart, UofR wins with a victory and a union loss, hobart wins with a win and a RPI loss

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

Ok, so all 4 teams need to win AND need a specific team to lose.

Although this loss (at home no less) sucks, RPI is still alive.  It's SHOES week!!

it should be an incredible week, and it make s two games incredibly meaningful, and it also elimnates Union from pool c contention as I don't think a 3 loss team can get a pool c bid... although I have a feeling that a RPI win and a Hobart win could be the LL's best hope at getting a pool c

First of all Congrats to Hobart today. As a Union fan I have to say Hobart is the better team. The game was filled with ups and downs but overall Hobart showed they are a solid football team (one I feel has improved a lot since September)! Union has no one to blame but themselves with to AWFUL personal fouls on Hobarts drive follwing the Union TD on a blocked punt. There is no telling where the game would have gone if Union had not comminted those fouls. Strom is a very very good QB! I feel if Union has a chance to beat RPI next week Andrew Catellier must play. Jared Gourrier is a fantastic runner but against solid D's Union becomes much to one dimensional. Oh yeah........NICE JOB ROCHESTER!

dlippiel were you there today...Gourrier was scared to throw the ball and he took off at the slightest sign of pressure...but man did union hurt themselves because at least one of those personal fouls was on a third down play... and then #14 with the bonehead play of the week Gourrier finaly made a good pass and what does 14 proceed to do, fumble it...
