Frank,
Do you think WPI is leaning towards leaving the LL? Or are you just joking around?

If WPI leaves the LL, any speculation on the replacement??

I've never heard anything official, but I think wise men would place money on this one happening within the next three years.  Let's face it...their closest league games are now nearly 3 hours away (Union/RPI), with Susquehana being about 6-6 1/2 hours away, Hobart about 5 hours away, Kings Point about 4 hours away, SLU about 6 1/2 hours away and Rochester about 6 hours away.  Would YOU wanna send your team to those locations a guaranteed three or four times each season and still be able to talk about potential league championships?

Garnet now understands your point of view and he agrees with your conclusion.  If WPI does not improve their league record over the next few seasons, Garnet could see them leaving the conference.

Garnet,

Karmonesty to you for the cheerleaders spread. Check out Brooke Newton (kinky blonde on TBB).

Did I spy Camel Toe in a few or are my old eyes deceiving me?
JT,
Have you gone to the dark side?

Dr. X, I am not sure but I think I spied a hint of CT on number 30 from the skins.  It is hard to tell with pewter colored shorts on the TBB cheerleaders.

Isn't the NEFC full yet?  Coast Guard already will have no out of conference games next year.  I highly doubt WPI will leave unless the NEFC implodes into 2 or 3 different leagues.

...and that would be Part II of my prediction.  There are currently 14 NEFC teams.  If WPI and Coast Guard were to jump in, there would be 16.  That could easily turn into two separate leagues with relatively respectable travel requirements.  I would also suggest keeping an eye out for Plymouth State, Western Connecticut and Norwich.  These are three wildcards for potential conference building/dismantling in New England.  Curry's performance against Del Valley actually creates a little bit more feasibility for scenarios like these.

Again, this is all personal hypothesis built with educated guesses as to what the future holds.

Plymouth State is already joining next year with Coast Guard making 16.  The NEFC Bogan is essentially the MASCAC + Maine Maritime.  Rolevio doesn't see why they haven't split off to get their own autobid as they're already an all sports conference, they wouldnt even have to screw the NEFC over to do it.

They should split and send 2 teams to the NCAA slaughterhouse each year. Might even get paired up and get one team to the 2nd round.

Knightstalker hopes the NCAA didn't do that, it would give one of them a high seed.  They would be travelling to NJ, PA or Upstate NY every year in the Stalkers opinion.

And with that scenario, I think there's pretty good temptation, even more than just with the travel situation that currently is front of them, for WPI to consider its options.  It already plays Worcester State each year, and the other schools in the NEFC seem to have respectable academic criteria when taken as a whole.  I'm still sad to see CGA leave...Always a balls-out team no matter what their record was (and I'm not just talking about the 7-0 game vs. Union this year).

If a team runs the table even in a weaker conference they'll get a high seed (see 2001 bracket)

Well, it appears that there is major interest in our team...ZA has agreed to be a player/coach (probably more of a coach) due to age and a disease called.....AGE!!! Anyway, there is no reason why all should not start working out ASAP....ZA will trust that you will do certain excercises during the week when home.

For tonight, the following exercise should be performed.  10 Simple pushups!  You will get an extra large cereal bowl...(extra large) and fill it with beer and place a straw into the bowl.  The straw will want to move and float around, but that is good.

Now, during your pushups, you should do them like it is an isometric exercise and move downward as slow as you possibly can, making your muscles work hard....When low enough, you will try to get to the straw using your best techniques you've all used on the ladies, and get the straw into your mouth.  Inhale and suck down some brew...After a good swig....push back up, hold for two seconds, and repeat....These simple 10 pushups will take time to perform and will increase your strength dramatically.  Sucking up as much beer as possible while holding your position will increase your lung capacity and improve your cardio at the same time!

You should be able to at least suck up a 40oz while doing these pushups! AND, you just may improve your love life! Any man, who can do 10 slow, slow, slow isometric pushups and suck up 40 oz, will do doubt, be a tremendous asset to this team.  ZA just peformed this exercise and was caught by his wife, who once again, threatened divorce, blaming LL PP for his bizarre change in behavior since the beginning of D-3 football season.  ZA is no longer scared as he is totally focused on leading our team to a perfect season each year.

Anyone revealed our LL/E8 PP Bowl idea to the E8 board?  I figure we need to fill them in soon, or else we'll receive complaints of getting head starts on them...

Frank, the E8 guys were talking about this even before the playoffs. Not necessarily about taking on the LL posters, but creating a team of E8 PP guys. I'm sure they'd all be game. The team would be mostly Ithaca and Fisher guys with a few other schools interspersed in there.

LLPP ALL STARS... Eat all you want... fame and fortune awaits! [/b]

After watching the season finale of the biggest loser last night, gro has come to this conclusion... Gro needs to gain about 100 pounds. Once the weight is on, Gro can get on that show... lose the weight and some more, and win the cheddar in the end.

Gro would add some spice to a reletively dull show, macking the fat girls with low self esteem (they need love too, don't act like you haven't been hogging in your life)... maybe start a fight with a cast member, go to sea world take my pants off.

Gro, Ill gain 100 and Ill meet you there.

Now for my college search story.....

During the summer of my junior year, I travelled to Ithaca, New York to visit my first college campus.  As I entered the town through rt 96B, I saw an amazing looking female walking on the sidewalk with 34 double dds and a shirt that said "bombers" on the front.

That was all I needed to see.  I turned around right there, went back to Boston and sent in my early application.

Gro thanks the dawg for his pledged support... gaining weight should actually be cheaper than eating healthy, thanks to all the fast food dollar menus at my disposal... however any money donations made to Gro will be deposited into his beer fund. Hook up that paypal donation... It's win-win people.
