Does anyone remember why in 2004 they changed the name from Upstate Collegiate Athletic Association to it's present name?? I remember reading something about a few name being thrown around, but since moving can't find my notes from that year.

First off, the UCAA changed to the LL to better represent the schools involved since many were not, in fact, from the upstate region.

Second, if you wish to roll with the LL, there are a few groundrules:
1. Always post in the 3rd person
2. Sooper can't spell.  He knows, we know, just let it pass
3. Talking about football is secondary, unless you are a lawyer discussing OWP/SOS issues
4. If you disrespect Reg, he WILL bounce crumpled up dollar bills off your forehead
5. You will be made berated and made fun of, deal with it
6. If you keep complaining in other languages in your post, 'Gro will most likely drop some knowledge on you

Seriously.  But today is your lucky day.  In a few weeks, the LLPP second annual "Olde English" posting day shall begin.

LD and I will fill everyone in on the days (nights) at a future date.........

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.
