Wow, tough crowd....

my bad, how do I rephrase that last comment.  How about, "you're too young and rediculasly good looking to be driving a jag".  Gro believes no one under 40 should be driving a jag.

Gro will allow you to purchase a caddy, under the stipulation that you make the salesman "throw dem bow's" as you sign the paperwork, and drive off the lot blasting "cadillac grills, cadillac wheels..." with gold fronts in your mouth.

Jags are for D-bags

Yea from my experience in the greater boston area, jags are usually driven by women  (45+) who have rich husbands.

AUPepBand

Pep once dined in Saratoga Springs with a lady Jag owner (probably in her mid-40s) who happened to also be owner of a large group of Long Island community newspapers. Pep vividly recalls the conversation as he was accompanied by Pep Jr. who at that time had a Mercedes Benz. It went something like this:

Pep: So how was your trip up here?

Lady Jag owner: I made real good time once we got out of the city. I think I was going 80 most of the way.

Pep: What do you drive?

Lady Jag owner: A Jaguar...

Pep: Well it would be a sin to go anything less than 80 mph in a Jag. My son here has a Mercedes.

Lady Jag owner: Oh, very nice.

Pep Jr.: Well, it's a 1978.

Lady Jag owner: Oh, that's a classic!

Pep: Yes! (Wondering to himself whether the Town had yet tagged the old beat up Benz that had sat immovable in Pep's driveway for about four months).

So, yeah, Pep's one experience with a Jag owner involved a woman in her mid-40s--albeit one who probably didn't need a rich husband.

Keep your pink hats

I bet Jose drives a Jag....... ;D

Speaking of Tampa, does anyone else think that the Ybor City section of Tampa is the most overatted hood in the country?  I actually love that area of florida (St. Pete Beach up to Clearwater) but that place is horrible.

I dunno.  I just got that amature hour feeling and that southern white trash club feeling.  Too many dudes as well.  Maybe I was too old when I was there (28?)
