Hmmm, those statistics refer to the entire college population – not athletes or more specifically – Rowan's football athletes. And if I'm not mistaken there are quite a few students who attend public colleges for a year or two before transferring to a private school. Either way, I find it hard to condemn an institution based on these statistics.

Some others:

Mount Union - 65%
Linfield - 68%
Delaware Valley - 48%
Mary Hardin Baylor - 41%

St. John Fisher - 65%

So your point would be...?

My point is that I tried to compare the schools using both state, public and private institutions. I even added my school, Utica, to be fair with the comparison (shows my school isn't that good either). I could find any sites with just athletes because D3 doesn't give out athletic scholarships.

Where did you see the Ravens -7?? I didn't see anything under 8.5 for them today. That, of course, was alright with me. Like I said in my last post, there are few things that make me more excited than hearing the words "Kyle Boller" and "giving 9 points."

In other news, I was way off in my Miami -5 pick. Oh well, 4-1 will end up being a good day.
