JT hates those big tub pee stations, where about 10 doods stand around in a circle with junk hanging out peeing into something that looks like an old bathtub.  I think Mount Union Stadium has the tub.

urinals.  A company discovered that there is less splash if there is something for men to aim at while we tinkle.  These are all the rage.

here's one at an airport in Amsterdam that has a fake fly.

There's this old theatre in Fins' hometown that has this huge old urinal they call "The King". No problem at all with the sprinkler effect, unless of course you're too short to aim low.
The King is awesome!

They have urinals like this in NYC at McSorleys Ale house.  KS always wondered why they did away with the chest to floor urinals like they had in KS elementary, Jr and Sr high schools.  They need to make a come back.

Remember JUs rant about Citibanks ATM fee that I was whining about.  I was just reading this....

9. "When it comes to banks, smaller is sometimes better."

Banks have been consolidating like crazy over the past decade. In 1990, the top 10 banks controlled 25% of the market; now they have half. This gives customers of large banks vast networks of free ATMs and branches across the country.

But it hasn't been entirely good for consumers, says Arthur E. Wilmarth Jr., a professor at George Washington University Law School. Though big banks offer many conveniences, they can come at a price: high fees. In 2006, the 10 largest banks generated 54% of revenue from fees and service charges. By contrast, the 10 smallest banks generated just 28% from those sources.

Not only do big banks bring in more fee income, but they also pay out less interest. According to Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. data, smaller banks generally pay higher interest on savings accounts and other products. For example, in 2006, the 10 largest banks paid an average 1.87% in interest for savings accounts, while the smallest banks paid 4.37%

JU feels happier that he is still that he is still at his local hometown bank.  LLPP should also look at local banks CD rates, as JU has seen deals there as well.

KS has been using Provident, a small NJ bank that has branches in only three or four counties.  No ATM fees on any of their machines and no fee for using another banks ATM.  Free checking as long as KS or MKS has direct deposit.  Decent interest rate on a couple of small CD's KS has with them, KS definitely likes small banks.  They also offer competitive loan and mortage rates.

Cassel actually looked pretty good.  And there are two issues that I think about with Cassel.

- He has always looked horrible in every single preseason game that he has played.....

but.....

-Belichick is the one that has decided to keep him.  And I trust this guy.  He was the guy who decided to draft Brady and then keep him in after Drew Bledsoe came back from that injury.

But the cowboys looked dam good tonight....

The Rev's hometown happens to have a very good state-wide bank, NBT (nasdaq: NBTB).  Haven't looked into it in a long time (since the Rev hasn't lived in Norwich for many years) but a cursory glace seems Ok.
