will there be any of this by the Rev and TGP if 'Bart doesn't put together a complete game??

The Rev's outburst may be a little more violent than this photo suggests.

Actually, The Rev will not be too upset if Hobart loses this weekend.  The Rev only gets upset when he takes time off from work, spends $600 to fly back east, and Hobart loses.  That's when The Rev snaps.

As for this weekend, if Hobart wins, The Rev will be stoked (and maybe a little regretful that he didn't fly to Albany for the game).  If RPI wins, The Rev will shrug his shoulders and have this conversation in yiddish:

Rev's Rabbi Friend: So what's up with this school of yours? That Hobart or whatever you call it.
Rev: Oy, they lost.
Rabbi: Lost?
Rev: Lost.
Rabbi: Lost?
Rev: Thank God they lost.

If any one here is familiar with Yiddish and old Jewish men from Brooklyn, you understand this conversation completely.  For those less familiar, I'd say "Thank God they lost," and the Rabbi understands that had they not lost, I may have wasted another weekend and $600 flying back to NY in hopes that Hobart would win the playoff game, but with my luck they'd lose, so it's a good thing they lost when they did so that I would not get my hopes built up falsely only to have them dashed on the rocks, because this is what happens to a people in exile.

The Rev was watching Dr. 90210 the other night and noticed that Dr. Diamond had his U of R diploma hanging prominently on the wall.

The Rev was so taken aback with LL pride that he almost forgot about the girl getting 450 cc implants in the previous segment.  Almost.

BTW, is it The Rev's imagination or is Dr. Rey the biggest d-bag to ever disgrace this universe?

Dogg,

So you don't see Muhlenberg in top 10 and think`15 is a stretch. What are you smoking?Just sit back, watch the playoffs, and enjoy the ride. The Mules best is yet to come.So far, so good.....it's going to get
a whole lot better.

Easy Muledaddy I think lewdogg is right. Number four was way to high and put the Mules in a type of MUC company which it just is not. I think anywhere from 15-8 would be appropriate. Doggs will hunt! I like the mules a lot and am definitely rooting for their success this year. A long ride in the tourney though is not what I see after a 6 point win overan O.K. Dickenson team.

GO TEAM!  GO TEAM!

Obviously, I would hope you think a lot of the team you support.  My comments are soleley that based on their schedule and their results, I can't rationalize them as the #6 team in the country.  Maybe they are that good, I'm just not so sure about it.  Especially with teams like Cortland, Mary Hardin Baylor, Willamette, and Hardin Simmons behind them.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with LD on this one.  Muhlenberg is playing some inconsistent football but benefits from a league that doesn't look too deep this year.  The Mules seem to have some troubles during the actual playoffs in recent history, so I really think they will need to prove themselves this year -- if this is the best team they feel like they've fielded, then the Mules best win whatever region they're placed into by the Committee.

You can blame it on the Shoes all you want, but the LLPP has gone from -70 to +340 on the E8PP in a matter of a week.  Did somebody crap their pants in there or something, leading to a mass evacuation?!

Mates,

I agree that the mules must show more than they have if they are going to have success in the playoffs.

I believe that they will. They are improving on both sides of the ball. their conference is much improved from past years. They beat a very good Salisbury team and hung for a half with a nice Wesley team
in last year's playoffs. they can, and will, do better this time around, much like the Phillies, who, as we all recall, had their asses handed to them last year in the playoffs, only to come back this year with a vengeance, winning  the World Series. I think we are in store for a ride.Let's wait and see.

I'm not sure where your proof is coming from for this point.  While the Centennial Conference's SoS isn't bad, the CC has generally been afforded a very high regard over past years.  From everything I've seen and looking at the W/L records this year (only three teams over .500), I think this is just an average year for the CC as a whole.  Please prove me wrong on this one.

KS tells the Stalkerette that KS and MKS need to check the candy.  We then find the good stuff and notice the "torn" wrappers that aren't safe.  We also declare free season after bedtime.  Now is the good time to buy Halloween candy, it is half price or better for the Snickers, Milky Ways, M&M's etc.

Speaking of M&M's, KS grew up about 10 miles from the M&M Plant.  KS made many elementary school and Cub Scout trips their.  Still the best class trips KS ever took.  Talk about like being on crack, 80 first graders with boxes of free candy and all the samples they could eat.  We used to bounce off walls for hours.

KS just went to get some goldbergs chews from the kids stash.  KS was going through the bucket looking and noticed that there was no Candy Corn.  Nobody gave out Candy Corn this year, the Stalkerette usually gets several small bags of cancy corn.  Strange.

Pep thinks that some are weary of a certain team's posters ripping apart their team, coaching staff and offensive scheme week after week.

Pep's pops had a penny gumball vending business. During family gatherings, Pep's cousins would sneak into the "Gum Room" in the garage and snarf gumballs. All that gum and Pep never chewed. But when Pops expanded his vending trade to include Mars Bars products, Pep was caught more than once with chocolate on his face....   ::)

Pep purchased a large bag of snack packs of Snyder's Pretzels and a package of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Pep was then told by 14-year-old Pep Jr. that pretzels was on the list of "what not to give trick-or-treaters," right up there with apples and pencils. There were only six kids who stopped--four of them were grand nephews and nieces. Let 'em eat pretzels!
