Is that Chelsea Clinton?  If not, she's a good candidate for side beef for the POTUS.

PBR that was fantastic!  I loved the sound effects on each punch.  Was that guy wearing jeans?  The sound effects at 2:50 had me on the floor laughing.  I also heard the word "gringo" in there.  Classic LLPP clip right there.

Also on youtube today is U89's Worcester Academy highlight video....

I was out in TROYLIT today and decided to check out RPI's new stadium. Looks very impressive in person. It is not as big as it looked on video and actually may provide fans with a first class intimate viewing of football. The only thing is that....fellas it needs more COWBELL! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGqkabQXBk0&feature=related

No chatter about the death of Arturo Gatti?  U89 has a feeling there is more foul play in his death than the gloved one and McNair combined......stay tuned.

Didn't they have his wife arrested? They said he had a head injury and that he was strangled by a purse string, I thought.

And that sounds plausible to you?

U89 isn't saying it's impossible, but very strange.  Gatti was an animal and one of the most exiting boxers U89 has ever seen in any weight class.

Has anyone seen the Gatti vs Ward fights? They are simply amazing. Pure brawls between an Italian and an Irishman, both with HUGE balls! If you have not I suggest you find a copy quick!

KS thinks ESPN Classic is showign them tonight.

Was just reading an article, they say that according to the electronic security locks the only ones who entered the apartment were Gatti and his wife and they say he was drunk that night.  It is not hard to strangle someone that is passed out drunk.

For Gatti to have been strangled to death by a 100 pound chick using a purse string.....he had to have been near death from the alcohol consumption alone.

Near death is an understatement. This was one tough mother****er! Yet the initial report seems to point the finger at the wife. I bet he simply passed out cold drunk. She most likely clubed him in the head with something and then chocked him. Weird if you ask me. Here is the ESPN article: http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=4323934 Regardless of the outcome of the investigation one thing will always be true. Gatti could absolutely brawl, all heart in the ring.
