Anyone see the Erin Andrews' video.  In JT's opinion, she has very plausible deniability.  After all it was shot through a peephole in a hotel.  It isn't obvious that its her.  Its definitely a fit, naked, blond, but beyond that... it might be... it might not be.

Going the lawyer route, just guarantees that the video never goes away. Now everyone will believe it is her.

Guess its time to tape over the peephole at hotels now.

This is the first SF has heard of this.... where can you find this?

Is her job at the Four-letter network in trouble as a result?  That would be a real shame..

No her job is not in jeopardy.  She was in her birthday suit just doing her hair in front of that full length mirror that a lot of hotel rooms have.  And she was by herself.  Someone shot it through the other side of the peephole. JT saw it over the weekend before the lawyers took action, and started getting the video taken down.

The video is not clear enough to positively ID Erin.  But JT guesses it must be her, if the lawyers are on it.

If you look hard enough you can probably still find it.  Or if you wait a few weeks it will be back up.

dlippiel just finished cutting down a large tree in his backyard so he feels the testosterone is flowing enough to answer this question. Who will win the LL this year Mr. LL? Well dlippiel bets this will surprise many (ya right) but he is going with the Dutchmen here. The U has been a program that has been up and down recently seemingly always building towards that  ideal "team." The U has  not had the "team" year in and year out like in the past. Hence dlippiel feels that this is going to be one of those "teams" for the Dutch. To dlippiel the last "team" was in 05-06 when the U defeated Ithaca and lost to Rowan in the second round of the NCAA's. dlippiel feels that with Connelly taking snaps (a soph stud whose #'s paralleled Robertson's last year), a decent o-line that needs to replace Morello, Mr. Coney coming out of the backfield, solid recieving core (Gallo's, etc), and a defense that improved last season as the year progressed the U will battle Bart and RPI as usual and take the LL outright. With the U's nasty OOC schedule and athleticism, growth (experience), and coaching this SHOULD be one of those Dutch "teams." dlippiel feels that anything less than an NCAA birth will be a disappointment for U.

Just returned from some vacation up in the "great state" of maine... sitting on the lake having a few adult beverages.

Wanted to make another FB related post if the LLPP bretheren will allow it.

dlippiel, although I agree that Union will be in the thick of it this year, I have to question your comment above re: Robertson and Connelly.  Connelly did play well as the stats indicate but they really didn't "parallel" Robertsons

Att        Comp    Int       %         Rat     TD     Y/PG  Yds Rush
Robertson          336          91       6        50        141     19      259       186
Connelly             183         206     10       61        136     15      167         51

Per the above as stated before, Connelly had a very solid season as a soph.  Union put the ball in Coneys hands as they should have.  But the numbers, while indicative of the differing approaches offensively, do not match up especially int/attempt and % completed.

Stim thinks Connelly will only get better and will be a very good LL QB the next two years.  All depending on the quality and depth of the guys up front.

Keep in mind, Connelly did not start until the 3rd game of the season.  He didn't even take a snap in the opener and saw action in week 2 only when Muhlenburg was smoking Union late.

dlippiel feels that with the late season start for Connelly, as well as his smaller # of pass attempts, that his comparison to Robertson was valid in a sense of trying to illustrate Connelly's potential using a stud like Robertsons #'s. dlippiel feels stim is right on though and that dlippiel should have chosen a better word and/or phrase than "parallel" when comparing the two. The numbers are similar but definitly not exact. Thanks stim dlippiel truly appreciates the heads up ;) I think as we do approach the 09 season many are looking at the U and realizing this could be one of those "U" teams. dlippiel thinks the contest with the bombers will be a gage as to how the rest of the season will develop.

The goal in the sport of football is to put the football into the end zone. Connelly did so 4 less times than Robertson on 153 less pass attempts. Id say that makes it "comparable".

Understanding dlp's point that for a freshmen to do that, when like U89 said, he only really played the final 6 games, is very impressive. There is a lot about this young man to be excited about. Tough kid. Played the final 3 weeks of last season with bruised ribs sustained in the RPI game. Bruise makes it sound light, but anyone who has had bruised ribs knows it is very painful. Especially for a QB who is rotation is core on every throw. Looking forward to seeing Drew's improvement from last year to this. Union averaged 29ppg last season with a few poor performances going along with the freshmen qb, a WR core that was learning on the fly and a poor defense. The Dutchmen certainly have a lot of room for improvement. Hopefully they have done what it takes in this offseason to address those things. IF they have, they will be hard to beat no doubt.

Connelly certainly did some nice things last year.. especially for a young player.. god knows they may have really struggled w/o his emergence.

He does have a talented running back to keep the defense honest.  And yes he did throw 15 TD's but to be fair also 4 more picks on those same 153 less throws.

He is a tough kid.  I saw the hit in the RPI game and it was a shot.  And he returned after a few series.

In any case, comparing a senior and a young player in his first year is certainly unfair.  My point was that comparing the previous seasons of the two... one the LL Off POY and the other a truly talented/emerging QB the numbers really don't look alike.

Man I hope King and Audino are only looking at each other and Bart can slide in and win the LL again.

Also would like to note that before last year, Bart had the best QB each year post Cole (Mizro and Strom over Moretti? and Robertson).  Just haven't had much of a running game since Blakowski left (still don't like or trust DeWall's playcalling, which I think inhibits decent talent with respect to the run - just look at the early-mid 90's when Cheplick was calling draw's on 3rd and 8 with Mark Logan and, briefly, Keith Brandon.  That ish just doesn't work).

Way too many...if it wasn't for his two stud receivers he would have thrown even more. Talented kid though.
