Garnet

Slow day in the office so the guys decided to have some fun.

One guy said he could eat two Mc Donald's Big Macs in less than five minutes.

He just finished both of them in 3:35 then washed it down with a cheeseburger.

Garnet would like the LL PPers to share some of their eating accomplishments?

We had the "saltine cracker challenge"... trying to eat 4 saltine crackers in under a minute without water or any help. Out of 15 people, only 2 people did it.
Budcrew was NOT one of them.  :D

Gro and Lewdogg11 could clear 49 Hooters wings, usually a 3-4 man job. Why 49 wings? It's tradition.

"50 Enter... 1 Wing Leave."

lewdogg11

One time in a single sitting LD11 ate 4 Rusty's Extra Extra Hot wings.  Still an RPI all-time record.  It took LD11 roughly 45 minutes.  He also spent most of time firing back beers and laying on the floor as his face swelled to the size of a medicine ball.  LD11 still has no idea what was on those wings, but Satan himself would think they were hot.  LD11 was drunk in 9 minutes.

So, in LD11's valiant attempt to get WTFF an Ipod nano, he has found that he was an idiot for waiting to go to NH and saving money on tax instead of buying one in NC where they were plentiful.  Every store in New England is sold out.  LD11 is screwed!!!

Gro, you have a special post count for the next 14 or 15.  Not only do you have to post, but you have to tell us something good that happened to you on that given year.  Ready.......Go!

'gro

Great idea Lew... let's see.

Gro will keep this one on the subject of football. Gro was entering his 3rd year of Pop Warner football. Played both seasons on the O-Line and LB. This year, Gro asks the coach to play RB. Gro got his wish and was the definition of a north/south runner... Gro had no moves at all. Gro was forced to give up his sweet arm pads after fumbling the ball too many times.

Other highlights...
Gro and Brother listen to gangsta rap at the dismay of both parents.

Started high school in the fall. All my friends were in my biology and spanish class. We would goof off, cheat on test, it was great. Remember skipping the afternoon classes to play street fighter II at a friends house. One time this kid matt got drilled in the head by an apple by some senior baseball clown. it was hi-larious.

FLASH...RT HOLED UP IN HOUSTON MAKING ENGAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT TO FIANCE'S PARENTS[/b][/color]

Sorry RT has been off the radar for awhile....a LOT of stuff going on w/ the AllAmerican. First off, RT thumbs his nose at LD and Reg for not being anywhere to be found lately to take money off the tools on ParadisePoker. RT has had to place out in a couple of $20 tourney's all by himself.

RT is going through many life changes this month...he closed on a new house in Sartoga Springs, NY this past Friday and spent the entire weekend changing out/upgrading door knobs, hinges, bathroom fixtures, etc to appease fiance. Did RT get a little som'in to christen the new dojo in the empty place?? NOOOOOOO......
RT is now in TX breaking the engagement news to said future inlaws. RT is enjoying expanding his waistline with the fine Tex-Mex food but not being told to "not drink so much infront of the parents" by said fiance. A man has to have his freedoms....(married guys, insert advice here)

RT also noodling over new celphones phones for new company gig on 1/1. He is particularly fond of the sprint multi media phones where RT can watch many cable channels, including ESPN, in real time on said phone. However, to get that phone, RT can't get his company email real time like he did w/ the blackberry. Since RT is a travelling salesman by trade, what should he do??...stay plugged into work or into TV????

'gro

RT go with the blackberry, email is more important than watching PTI at the airport.

Dawg, nice moves at the gym... sometimes you just gotta be blunt with them. You see how they dress, they want you to look.

The Drive for 2000 continues...

Every year of my life from 1990 to 2001 revolved around football until alcohol got involved, Gro just can't help it. This year Gro broke his ankle playing soccer in the spring(yeah soccer want to fight about it? didn't think so). But he managed to get back to health before JV football started and played FB, TE, and LB.
In other news, Gro watched the winter olympics because Tonya Harding had a big ass. Years later, Everlast would write the song white trash beautiful.

Dood,
Don't come onto the board all chipper and expect us to shower you with Karma.....secondly, you can run shop at paradise poker....but not ask Reg to join?

Secondly, the married guy advise....there really isn't any...there is nothing you can do or say.

Third, the cell phone/ internet / cable question....there are many answers.
Reg prefers the $60/month broadband verizon card....you can get all your email done, surf the web and with a slingbox ($199) www.slingbox.com, you can watch all sorts of TV, both live AND DVR stuff.
With the blackberry, you get email, which is very nice....but no cable and internet is tough to surf.
Cool sprint cell phone....dawg crap.  it is really choppy.

union89

Union89 WAS impressed with LD11, RT and 'Gro, but Reg seems to be the technology king.

On a side note, U89 is seriously leaning toward Sirius....can U89 move that little box thingy between car and home with Sirius??  Over/Under U89 will lose the box thingy in the first 3 months......1:1

RT - Question... Is this the 1st time you are meeting the in laws ever, or is this just the "hey I'm marrying your daughter" get together.

Either way... shouldn't there be a courtesy call beforehand to the father?

Now things get interesting... Of course Gro had drank prior to this, maybe sip a little somethin somethin out of grandpa's stash... Now Gro's getting DRUNK. 1st time Gro got really drunk... Friday night, just finished playing CBA in football. Ma dukes bought her little man some McDonalds. Went down the block to a party (to watch a movie mom), drank shots of straight bottom shelf vodka. Made out with some chick, ended up puking off this girls porch -- she recognized the mcdonalds -- then tried to make out that girl no less than 5min later and she knew I threw up so she was repulsed.
