Gro, here is our chance to push the "super weekend" again with the 1-aa, 2 and 3 championship games all in one weekend in a nice sunny place...

Nobody but us clowns want to hear it!  Did anyone see the D2 championship game? NW Missouri State was there for the 5th consecutive time, pulling a Buffalo Bills in the last 4. They finally won it against Grand Valley St.

Villanova plays Montana tonight in nooga.

This may open dlip up to some harsh criticism but is anyone else ****ing sick and tired of MUC/UWW ****ing Stagg Bowl? dlip means obviously he is happy for the student athletes on both teams, respects them so on and so forth but ****, wouldn't it be nice to see some other ****in teams play this game? Just dlip's thoughts today as him and Mr. rlipp prepare to watch the Stagg tomorrow. **** dlip would have loved to see a Wesley/Linfield Stagg.

Completely agree...like you said, congrats to the student athletes...but the same finals...5 years in a row?  It gets old...unless you area  MUC/UWW fan of course.

I think it's better than it simply being Mount Union rolling through uncontested, which was pretty close to the norm before.

That is true...but it would be nice to have some other teams in the mix (though the problem is, all the other teams need to get better, I guess).

Has there ever been any sport where the same team met in the finals for 5 years straight???

Wow...All-Conference...

snowing down there yet guru?

My mother's driving down to Atlanta from Binghamton, NY (with a stopover to see some family in Fayetteville, NC) and she said there's snow coming in PA (she just left this morning on I81 a bit south of Scranton/Wilkes Barre).  Apparently its coming through a good chunk of the midatlantic, although her trip is taking he way east of Salem (for those of you who know the roads, I81 to either 83 (to Balt) or 66 (to DC) then 95 down to NC.

beautiful route....I81 thru the shenandoah valley is incredible. one of the most scenic drives you will ever take...albeit your mother is literally driving into the teeth of the storm. safe travels to her...this is one whopper of a storm. looking at the radar its almost engulfed the entire southeast/midatlantic already

It's raining non-stop since early morning here in Atlanta.  In fact, it's rained more here than England, I'm pretty sure, since I moved down this summer.

When we moved, we did 81 all the way into Johnson City, TN then cut down to Greenville, SC where my wife has some family, but I had a 6x6x11 trailer hitched to an F150 and I was doing 90mph + from Staunton on down until the VA/TN border.  Lots of ups and downs, but I had to get that trip over with.

Yeah, looking like another 3 inches of rain here on the SC coast today to go with the 5 inches earlier this week.

StLarry's family is in Baltimore, and they are supposed to get a good 6-10 inches of snow in the next day or so.  It will only be worse in the Shenandoah region
