Among surprises in the faculty's 2004 report was that Stevens, which provides Dr. Raveché with a brick colonial residence with a view of the Manhattan skyline, had extended him three mortgage loans totaling $1.8 million for two vacation homes, one in Mount Snow Valley, Vt., and the other near the Jersey Shore.

You ever notice you never see Dr. Raveché and The Situation in the same place?

This just in, Dr. Raveche will now have another view of NYC from...Rikers ****in Island!

= Dr.R's new vacation home

One more step to the LLPPFFL championship. I'm next on the table, who want what? No offense to DewCrews Dominators but Gro should be playing LD for the title.

Who are you kidding I should have beat you this week.  I was too involved with a $$ league and didn't check to see if Hester was  playing.....had I started my other WR (who played)....you lose.  Be thankful you got lucky against the Fornicators and stop crying about your buddy!!

Dlip is right.......RPI sucks (each other).

U89 +k just ****in because.

I thought some LLPPers might find some of this weekend's stories funny or interesting...

http://www.d3football.com/dailydose/2009/12/22/sideline-guy-what-a-weekend/

what no shout out to the LLPP?       and what about pbr calling that winter storm a week ahead of time to give you guys a heads up....tough crowd   ;)

I sent my props to Colin Berry when I announced him in the All-American Team -- just was a big blur of events over the last week, especially with the video component.

Your post actually gave me the ideas for the video blog with Carey Harveycutter on Friday -- so, thanks for that.  The storm track seemed to jump the initial forecasts by a full 24 hours from the first forecasts I saw to the end result.  If it had hit us on Saturday night into Sunday, I likely would've never gotten home for Christmas the way things were going with the airlines.

Bayonne is common, but expensive (relative to the rest of the country, not NYC area) and you have to deal with guys who have vowels ending their last names - like Lucarelli.

I could see this Stevens guy being the tip of the iceberg.  I bet there's a lot of college presidents are living larger than they should while the burden on the average student increases.  When I lived in DC, I met some high level non-profit people pulling in 200k to 400k and you have to wonder what the hell is going on with non-profits in general.  Don't tell me that they have to pay up to get market rate talent because A.  most of these guys wouldn't get similar comp in private sector where they'd be middle managers (I have a cousing who's been Treasurer, Director of Financial services and head of internal audit at JLG, Pittson/Brinks and Dentsply and he's all in at $150 - $200k or so, granted in York, PA and Richmond, VA, but still a talented dood) and B.  they're non-profits, people are supposed to work there without the profit motive in their mindset.

making 200K and living in york is a very nice gig...the col there is not bad at all

That's where he went to school - BS acctg.  Hard working guy who started out as an auditor for an external firm, but ultimately started JLG's leasing business (fin services) which is a great part of the heavy equipment biz.  I've met the old Red Cross head in DC and he couldn't do what my cousin does, not in a million years, and was making $450k back then.
