You can't go wrong with it Upstate. Frank, Eric, and James do an excellent job week in and week out. dlip tries his damndest every sunday night  to tune in for the duration but it gets occasionally challenging with a youngster. dlip envisions himself as an elder just reclining in the lazyboy every Sunday night eating popcorn and listening to ITH. If you are sick with the D3 disease like the rest of us in the East Region it is always worth tuning in.

So I was reading an online article about this mascot fight between Ohio and Ohio State.  Turns out the mascot from Ohio isn't a student there and goes to a school called Hocking College.  Since I have never heard of this school, I googled it and looked at its wikipedia page.

I don't think you could write a more unflattering wikipedia page about a college in the US like this one.  Made me laugh.

Freaking hilarious...I love the fact that their one (and only) notable alumni is a "Teacher accused on using of a tesla coil to mark students' arms with the Christian cross."  And I thought Cortland was bad...

+K. I still don't understand how he got to be the mascot without attending the school. Good news, he is now the most notable alumni (when, ehh, if he graduates) of the school.

I think my favorite part of the video is the security guard that has to escort the mascot off of the field. Hilarious.

note to self when being charged by a bear...fire a zucchini at it...

Frenchtown, Mont. (AP) -- A Montana woman fended off a
charging bear on her back porch early Thursday by using the
first weapon she could reach -- a piece of zucchini.
The woman was stirred after midnight by a tussle in the
backyard of her home near Frenchtown, Missoula County Sheriff's
Lt. Rich Maricelli said. She went to investigate and found a
200-pound black bear attacking one of her two dogs, a
12-year-old collie.
The woman stood at her back door and screamed to divert the
bear's attention from the dog. She told police the bear then
charged her.
"The bear growled and was very aggressive and tried to come
inside of her back door," Maricelli said. "She was able to stop
the pursuing bear by improvising."
The bear took a swipe at her with its paw and tore her
jeans. The woman jumped back and grasped the nearest object on
her kitchen counter inside the doorway -- a 12-inch-long
zucchini she had harvested earlier from her garden.
She flung the zucchini at the bear from a distance she
estimated to be 3 feet. The vegetable bopped the bruin on the top of its head and the animal fled, Maricelli said.
