Yeah, but accidents are rated.  If BMAN's on the hook for the tow truck damage, his rates will be that much higher.

My parking lot mishap with the lying sacks of ****, cost me $500 in deductible plus a rate increase of $127 "being 50% at fault".  This is what happens when you get a cop that doesn't know what he's doing or has a bias.  Insurance companies go by the cop's accident report.  If the report is not written correctly, someone gets hosed.

The only good thing is that people that hit me had their rates go up also.

JT, thats too bad, but your insurance accident investigator should be able to figure out whos in fault in an accident more than the cop.  Im massachusetts you can always appeal surcharges to the courts who are a lot more commonsense than a cop who has to go by policy.

99% of accidents can be figured out whos at fault by the damage.  If you rear end someone, you are going to have more damage as well.

If he didnt see anything, then the accident report can only go by what two parties say.

JT

JU,

I tried having my insurance company fight on my behalf.... but with the police report it would basically be like pissing in the wind.  The couple's insurance company dug it's heels in.

The good thing is that they are local home builders.  I'm thinking of getting something done in the next few years.  I'm gonna make them do all the legwork and then just audible to the competition.  Then tell them why.

Jonny Utah

Yea its probably too late and you might not be able to do it in nj anyway, but the one good thing about insurance in massachusetts is that you can appeal twice to the courts on any surcharge.  Its you on one side and the insurance company on the other side and a clerk in the middle that works independently for the state.  Ive done real well in these courts and have saved probably thousands of dollars.

Looks like the Dawg is gonna have something to do this weekend afterall.  It's been a little while since the Dawg pulled his best Sonny imitation from A Bronx Tale - "Now yous can't leave".  Dawg's excited to give this kid the news.

Yes... what room does a cross country runner at any level to criticize any sport?

It's like Rosie O-Donnell calling Kirstie Allie fat.

HOLLADAWG VOTES "YES" FOR VOTE #2006-01

The Dawg is considering entering the reflection room to see what the correct LLPP definition for "justice" would be for this character.  Either way, his actions must not go unpunished.

Well dawg, I went to look up that definition in the LLPP Policies and Procedures Handbook only to find that there is no LLPP Policies and Procedures Handbook.......

I guess thats our next task.  For right now though, we will act as a sort of confederacy of posters known as the "LLPP"

Gro votes YES, cut his f&%*ing head off!!

Gregory Chalfin is now an official enemy of the LLPP confederacy. Therefore, it is my civic duty as a member of LLPP (and D3) to post his phone # and email address

Gro also put that D3 degree to work and dug up a picture of Mr. Chalfin. He's the kid on the far right on the bottom row, hidden amongst the hobbits.

Somebody explain to Gro how a D3 cross country runner can take shots at D3 football.

First off, BudCrew, you are a knucklehead.  And it's apparent by your displeasure in 'Gro's humor.  'Gro sets the standard for humor on this board.  I think you just wanted to put a plug for your butt pals Opie and Anthony.

Anyway, Regarding that article, I loved the line:

'The games wouldn't be so bad if the players weren't so painfully awful. Seemingly, anyone can play Division III football.'

ANYONE can play Division III football.  LLPP members shall find this kid, let him post here for a few days, tell him we think he's cool andmeet him for a beer.  Everyone gets 30 seconds with him.  RT, you can't dress him up like the gimp in Pulp Fiction.

I would love to wipe my ass on this kids nose.

Its kind of funny that we just hired a Union guy to take care of the rat problem at the office but im sure you wouldn't admit it, lol.  Saw dust isn't my thing boys, and grandma's basement is on the other side of the country so I guess I'm out of that.  And playing video games, circling openings at Micky D's is not considered working at home so you can't use that
