RT is enraged even more....what does LL,INC think of this quote?

"We were almost bowl eligible. Of course, there are no bowl games in Division III. Thirty-two teams are seeded in a tournament bracket to vie for a PopWarner championship played by college- age men."

Pop Warner?? RT would give his only testicle  to run into this dude at the gym...

Here's a little exerpt from the Dawg's feedback.  We'll see if it get's sent back.

From:  Holla G. Dawg
Work: Bidnessman and Salesman at LLPP, Inc.

"The Dawg can't understand how you "love" football yet berate D-III football for it being "painfully awful".  D-III football is football in it's purest form.  Guys are playing it for all of the right reasons.  You'll never see a dumb play like Reggie Bush's lateral in the Rose Bowl at the D-III level.  These players are just a tad smarter and less arrogant to pull off such a bad decision in college's biggest game.

If you are the football fan that you say you are, you would appreciate it in any form, at any level.

The Dawg did think enough of your article to throw it in his toilet and drop a nice "Logger" on it."

Dawg'll keep his fellow LLPP posters posted on whether his post gets posted or not.

Dawg, second time in a day I laughed out loud at a post.  Very smooth until that last line.  I even laughed again as I just read it again.  Man, thats too funny.

JT

JT doubts that his reply to said jogger (soft J) will make it either.  JT has to deal with tools all day professionally and has little tolerance for said tools in his personal life.

You sir are a clown. How can a X-country runner relate to football at any level?

Had you performed a modicum of research on google, you'd find that DIII football is alive and well outside of dear old UPS.

In general these players may be a step slow or a little small, but they are fine student athletes.

Ever heard of Sam Mills or London Fletcher. Both are/were NFL All-Pro linebackers. Both attended DIII schools for four years. Sam Mills has Hall-of-Fame credentials.

I suggest that you actually perform some research before writing your next rambling babble of an article.

All this posting may spark a new topic of debate.  Do the graveshifters fuel a more interesting board than the 9-5'ers.  'Gro, maybe your boss will let you pull some all-nighters at the office to keep up with all these night owls.  Plus you will be able to finish your work week by sometime on Wednesday.

all RT knows is that RT is fueled by channel XM25 while positing on "LL/PP C trick"...everytime RT tries to change the station, Kool and the Gang, or Earth,Wind&Fire, or Rolls Royce, or Curtis Mayfield, or Parliament seem to creep up....OH SNAP

"She's fresh, exciting....she's so exciting to me!!  (wow...RT is losing it now)

Found a post by Pat Coleman to this guy ripping him one!!  Way to go Pat!!

Perhaps you should see some decent teams before you denigrate the entirety of Division III football.

Your broad-brush painting of Division III offenses strikes actual Division III football people as comical. Like Division I-A, Division III teams run everything from the spread to the wishbone.

And since you intend to watch the Super Bowl, I hope you cover your eyes when Steelers linebacker Clint Kriewaldt is in the game. He's a former Division III player.

All sorts of people cared. While it will never rival the interest of Division I-A football, Division III football has fans. I know. They visited D3football.com 4 million times in a one-year span. Just because UPS didn't deliver a football experience for you doesn't mean that the other 230 schools are all just as bad.

"Emory College was closed briefly during the American Civil War; in November 1861, academic activity virtually ceased after its students had left to fight in the conflict. During the war, the college's buildings saw duty as a Confederate hospital and Union headquarters. Sadly, the library and other stored equipment met destruction."

If there are any Civil War historians out there, I would love to find the names of any Union soldiers who helped in the destruction of this school.  An LLPP Badge of Courage will be awarded to soldiers who were a part of this glorious event.  The color of that medal will be scarlet and brown in honor of St. Lawrences University's official football colors.

'gro

Gro's pretty confident that one of the union cats that trashed emory was named Cornelius Hollingsworth.

Will the closet, lurker, sniper-smiter please stand up and reveal your inner woman?

LLPP Smite investigation officially open.

I am officially opening LLPP criminal case #2006-02.

I checked out poster "saratoga".  He/She mostly posts about PA region girls basketball.  Very low on the smite suspect list.

Gro as the first victim of 1/26/06 at approximattly 09:40, interviews of the above suspects will begin now.  I will head up the investigation.  Interviews of past victims of the 1/25/06 evening incident, (Holladawg and RT) will be interviewed sometime today.

An official supena of D3football.com posting history might be sought.  More to follow

BobbyBoucher

Bobby may be accused of lurking, but Bobby is not a sniper-smiter!

Bobby posts, when bobby has something to say, as you can see from bobbys low post count.

BobbyBoucher

Bobby wonders what causes the views count to go up. Bobby just refreshed the screen a couple times, then when to the PP home page and came back to the LL and the number of views did not budge.

If this is true, bobby feels better about his lurking, b/c bobby frequently refreshes the screen to see the new posts.

Once upon a time, someone here mentioned that this forum needed an auto-refresh function.  Bobby would like to formally request that this message board be updated to provide such capabilities.

I would like to turn myself into the LLPP as the so-called "closet-smiter". I have been smited at least twice for comments made about a EngiNegro joke about Chris Penn that completely and utterly bombed (at least I thought it did) and then getting goofed on for using the Opie and Anthony car crash effect.

I do not smite and run for no reason, sirs. I smited Dr. EngiNegro because I, budcrew08, was smited. The Lord applaudeth and the Lord smiteth away.
