RPI with a pick and 1 play TD. 17-10 RPI. Executing game plan well. Wesley sleep walking. Penalties and I line not getting it done.

And the Union feed goes out, which is probably a blessing to Dutchmen fans, as Cascione throws a boner INT in the end zone and Cortland marches to score once more, 28-7 as the half winds down.

Cortland up 21-7 midway through the second..  Union D can't tackle and has no answer for Ferraro's mobility.  After scoring in the open two minutes, Union's offense has gone anemic.  Could get ugly.

Very disappointed to hear this. Mother****er!!!!!

Perfect half for RPI. Everything went their way. Only lead buy 3. But they lead. Will make for an interesting second half.

RPI plays as expected with discipline on defense against the run and opportunistic on pass....even so, Wesley scored 17 on them and was a bit sloppy....but RPI offense is the surprise on first drive and Freshman QB is cool .....will make for an interesting second half as Wesley is a second half team...but that was against teams they were sleep walking against...RPI coaching staff calling a good game and making good decisions...let's see if athleticism overtakes discipline in the second half...if the game stays close RPI PK could make the difference...fun game..

Everything except throwing a pick in the end zone.....

And one RPI starting slot tailback and his backup are out. They are playing very well and need to keep the pedal to the metal with regard to their passing game the 2nd half.

Olorin

Those short windows in the zone have been open all game long against Wesley.

Bartman

hmmm...Wesley defense is overrated

Looks like Wesley Offense has worn down the RPI D in the second half, Wesley 38-RPI 27 with 8 minutes to go...Wesley smells it now 2 straight sacks as Marinopoulus fails to get rid of the ball......the inevitable awaits...impressed with RPI most of the game but superior athletes of Wesley looking more confident in 4th Quarter....this game reminds me of Hobart's game against Mount Union in last year's first round ....great effort by the LL but too much talent on the other side in the end

Oh well. A great season by RPI.

Congrats to RPI on a great showing today and an overall great season! The Engineers were a great representative for the LL and dlip is proud to have rooted for them today. What a job Isernia and the boys have done.

****ing Union today...just a very very poor showing. Dlip still feels it was an EXCELLENT season and is proud of the overall body of work. He is just admittedly very disappointed in today's loss.

Bartman

Congrats to RPI on a fine season and effort today. The final score was deceiving as RPI QB had 2 INT's in the end zone that were thrown directly to Wesley DBs. RPI Freshman QB was otherwise very poised and should be a threat next year......see you next season

Dlip,
Disappointing end to a good season...but the Dutchmen program is back in the hunt...couldn't have asked for more this season....good luck next year

Congrats to RPI on a fine showing and a great season. The LL usually comes to play when they are in Dover (can't forget that 2011 Hobart game).
