Episode 3: (Where are they now?)

East Boston, MA:  Union great "U89" wanders the streets on a cool fall Boston day, reflecting on his glory days in the LLPP.  Now banned, U89 talks about turning his life around and moving on to bigger and better things....

U89 has pictures ALL over the interwebs.

Doing anything Saturday?  Let's go to the Tufts/Bates game.  Then you can go over to the NESCAC board and drop knowledge like Galileo dropped the orange.

Episode 4: Flashback

Camera pans to a ****ing barren RPI campus in the middle of winter, there standing next to the Houston Field House looking down the hill stand SRT weeping. He looks around and screams..."Why are there no woman at this school..."

A voice calls down from above...I'll be there soon baby...it's SAJ...

I'm so out on Tufts/Bates. Silver lining, maybe IAMHUGE will be there...

Still benching 315 for 12

Fixed it for you.
I was wondering why someone texted me a video of IAMHUGE benching 315 x 5 for his 55th Birthday...

How was the sweater vest game fellas?

****ing game week Pumpkinheads...

Excuse Dutch Boy, let him try this again...

What he means is the official student athlete football game between the incredible academic institutions of Hobart/William and Smith College and Union College takes place this coming weekend on the beautiful central New York campus of Hobart College in the delightful town of Geneva, NY... ;D

I am happy that the bye week is over, weird that every team in the LL took the same week off (and yes, I realize that SLU had a game).  I am sure Union and Hobart are well rested, should be a good game.  Hobart coaching staff has had plenty of time to figure out the problems on defense.

Then for episode 2, Frank Rossi can come back and break out is red dry erase marker and breakdown the 2004 Hobart/Union game where the refs screwed Union on the goaline.

We could fill season 1 fast for this thing.  Let's get on it.

Long time lurker first time poster. I am the d-tackle that stuffed Union on the goal line in that game. I'd dispute your take on that call and also be available for the 30 for 30 interview if needed.

I cannot confirm the brawl. I don't remember anyone talking about it in my years there.

Then what good are you? That's all anyone cares about here. I've been searching high and low around the great interwebs of the world, and have come up empty. Makes me truly believe one of the wine and cheesers HAD the footage threw it into the Hudson River to hide all evidence of it ever happening. Time to break out my scuba suit.

Anyone wanna join me?

I just want to say, Hobart and Union guys arguing about the possible existence of a brawl is the most entertaining thing to happen on these boards in forever.

He was in. Had a better view...that was a piece of **** call.

Great tackle though.

In all seriousness, that was then and this is now, Dutch Boy could give a ****. These teams have played some great ****ing games over the years. Great rivalry and Dutch Boy loves nothing more than the annual Garnet vs. Pumpkinhead match-up. Regardless of Hobart's early struggles they will be ready for Saturday and it will be very hard for Union to come out of there with a W. If they do, which Dutch Boy really believes they will, then his beloved U will be worthy of a possible top 20-25 ranking for the first time in many many years.

The Boz after Saturday (see below)  ;)

If I am reading between the lines correctly on the ECAC site, it appears they have thrown in the towel on the three day event at a single site for the ECAC bowl games. It appears they are now back to campus sites and all games are on November 17. No idea if that is a bad thing, good thing, net neutral or if the bigger stadium thing just plain bombed.

Welcome to THE BOARD Statesman. I was not at that '04 game but I remember watching video. As I recall it was a fixed angle camera shot that came from midfield and didn't show anything definitive, I do know that Union players were just as adamant that the ball crossed the plane BUT... As for the brawl. I was at that game and I agree it didn't happen.
