Reason #3,687 why Sirius is better than XM....Oprah Winfrey just signed a 3 year contract with XM

Reason #3,689.....did anyone hear Jenna Jameson riding the "Saddle" on Howard last week!!!!!!!!!!!

U89-
Regulator hasd been listening to the stern show too much....he has caught many people jumping on the sybian.
Why does my phone ALWAYS ring right when someone gets on the thing?  That is a virtual C-Block!!!!!

Secondly- Oprah......are you kidding me?  How boring can you be?  Oprah...you wonder why so many older housewives are so fat???....BC they are sitting around the house all day listening to you!!!  Oprah and her virtual clan of "groupies" make Reg want to puke.

The only thing I don't like about stern is how great he thinks he is...honestly, if I have to listen to him tell everyone that he is the greatest.... no one can match him...ever, etc reg may call up and tell him to "como ce dice...suck it"  Be humble dude.....remember you aren't that cool

Where is HOLLADAWG??
Where is RED TACKLE??

The search party has been formed...

RT is back.......and very much alive, albeit quite frazzled from several days of mental tug-o-war w/ work associates who he wishes to have exterminated....RT would like to relay the last few days but will refrain until he publishes his memoirs..

While JT would never listen to the Oprah channel, JT thinks its a good business move.  Think of all the midwestern housewives that will be dropping $12.00 a month on XM. Oprah is an industry... if she tells her followers to eat ****, they'll do it.

Also ponder this.... Sirius has the NFL package but couldn't afford any SB XL spots.

Having Oprah endorse your product/service is just as good as the pope, maybe even better. JT's right, she could go on air and tell america to drink a glass of hot sauce before bed -- and tell them it has no benifits whatsoever -- and they'd still do it... hell I might do it tonight.

BobbyBoucher

Never looked at it that way reg.

Since when did Oprah become on par with god?  Secondly, how much money does this kat need?  I mean her Net value is more than one can imagine.  You need more?

I guess that people will buy into it....then jsut cancel once they realize how much she suchs on the air.  YACK

Ok shes not the pope, but she is the #1 source of blessing when it comes to consumer products. Could you imagine the immediate market share your product would be entitled to with Oprah AND Stern's endorsement?

That's the thing with those fans... they are loyal. I like to watch PTI but if Tony Kornheiser tells me to go out and buy cocoa crispies I'm not necessarily going to do it (even though they are delicious)

In his own words, he's been doing"subpar radio for the past 10 years." Hoo Hoo Robin, Tell 'em Fred... everybody rips me off! Hoo Hoo

Yeah but if Stern was on TV uncensored everyday, would you buy Sirius to listen to him on the radio too?

And like STern said, if Oprah is gonna ride the Sybian or do some crazy ish, that would make you want to pay for it, maybe people would.  But if they can get the same content for free, no one is gonna care.

It's a double edged sword.  No one is gonna care if friggin Oprah has 1 show for free, and then make you pay for the same ****.  It's science.

Does it make members of LLPP just wanna drop a deuce all over the cars, clothes, people, houses with all the Steelers ish since they won on Sunday?  I mean get real there can't possibly be that many Pittsburgh fans in the world.  Just repulsive to see Joe Blow in his Mercedes with a Steelers flag waving in the wind.  You know he just jumped on the wagon for the ride.  Give TDT a break, like all the Yankees fans circa 96-00...

haven't seen too many steelers fans in TN... but fans coming out of the woodwork is just the rule of sports... Steelers in the 70's, 49ers in the 80s, cowboys in the 90's... when an old dynsaty comes back people come out saying they've been fans all along.

like LD said, it's science.

Touchdown Tommy

Just some information for the next scheduled LLPP field trip.  I understand that Stacy Keibler will be sunbathing at one of the locales...
