.......AND THE "GUESS THE STATE" WINNER IS........

NO ONE..it was Net York, Utica to be exact!!!

...come on guys, RT thought that was a softball down the middle. The Neon (a GM car) made it a little tricky but the the 2 family row houses really narrowed it down to OH, PA, or NY. From there, RT thought that the guys who spent time in upstate NY could've sniffed that out...

STAY TUNED FOR ROUND 2!!!!

Great TV watching last night.......Season opener of the 'Sopranos' right into the season finale of 'Flavor of Love'.

U89 almost shat his-self when Tony Soprano presented Hoopz with a clock and showed New York the door....the only thing more shocking was an hour later when Junior Soprano capped FlavorFlav then went undercover!!!!!

Garnet

RT you beat Garnet by seconds.

Garnet was in the process of creating his post with the answer when RT put his up.

For the record Garnet was going to guess PA.

Save your $$$.....U89 has 2 entries into LD11's NCAA pool....U89 feels that the only thing you will be fighting for is 3rd place......good luck with that!!

LET THE SMACK TALKING BEGIN!!!!!!!

lewdogg11

TDT joined the pool and brought something important to LD11's attention.  I have some family(Moms and Pops) that will be in on this pool, and they can handle everything with a grain of salt.  They are some cool cats, but if anyone posts any smack talk on that message board, please keep iut semi-clean.  And WTFF is not WTFF.  She will not be referred to as that or LD11's nuts will join Regulator's in a jar above the TV.  Thnks -The Management

I think this is better said now than later.  LD11 has spoketh.

Here's a link to HD's last post.

It now has Holladawg as a guest, and you can no longer K+ him. :'(

Something is definitely strange here!

Garnet thinks the LLPP members should get some kind of explanation.  Doubt it will happen though.

Perhaps Holladawg was one of TDT's many other usernames.

RT,

That is BS....

Reg nearly grew up in Utica and have no idea what you are talking about with 2 family row houses.  Now don't get Reg wrong, there are PLENTY of 2,4,6 family houses in Utica...(papaReg actually owns about 5 of them) but none of them were row houses.
The first thing Reg knew about row homes was when he pulled up in front of GFGRHA3 (Ghetto Fabulous Gangsta Row House Apartment #3) in the ghetto of Baltimore.  PapaReg to Reg, "How the heck are you going to live here....you'll get shot!"
1.5 years, 8 mice, 2 stabbings, one shooting, 2 broken into car windows, and 1 kidnapping later within 1 block of said residence....reg is still standing.

'gro

U89 - Seeing how Gro finished near the bottom last year... the only way to go is up. The only question now is which bracket of Gro's do you want to be monkey stomped by?

#1. Run Ya Pockets
or
#2. Squirrel Please

Touchdown Tommy

Hey Duffy,

Don't be so quick to criticize.  Frequent flier miles were the method of payment this trip, especially helpful on this short of notice.  Gotta use them before Northwest goes bankrupt.  Hopefully you are man enough to admit you jumped to conclusions and are out of line with that last post...

Gro once visited GFGRHA3 and must say... it was ghetto fabulous.

Re: 1st class
brrrrr... frigid hate spewing from the MIAC to the cozy confines of LLPP, take it outside boys. Gro has only flown 1st class tweece, and both were unexpected.

#1 - Philly to Tampa
Airline asks for volunteers to take the next flight to Tampa, that's all they said. I go up to the counter and they say the next flight is 1 hour later and I'd be in 1st class AND get a free round trip voucher. Wow. Done deal. Felt weird sitting up front in my cargo shorts and t-shirt (Gro flies in comfort). with all the schmucks in suits.

#2 - Memphis to Milwaukee
Job interview in Mille-wau-kay didn't know I was in 1st class until I got my seat assignment. Once again I'm dressed like I'm ready for intramural ultimate frisbee as I laugh at the looks I get from the regular passengers heading back to the dreaded 'B' & 'E' bitch seats. 1st class as well on the way back, kept it business casual this time.

Unfortunately Gro did not take the job in M-town or he could of been neck deep in the MIAC and WIAC boards this season.

We could use you in the WIAC, Gro. It's dead as a doornail.

Must agree with my friend 'Gro on this one.....unless it is absolutely necessary...U89 never wears sport coats or suits on a flight....shorts or sweats are always in style for U89 while on birds.....alcohol consumption is usually in order as well.  The Bose Noise Reducing Headphones are also a must...kind of steep at $300 clams, but well worth it for drowning out the rest of society.

Knightstalker

KS used to have to travel a lot for a job.  KS also agrees with Gro and U89.  Comfortable is the only way to travel.  KS used to hate it when on Friday afternoon we had to rush to the airport to catch flights and couldn't change.  We started to violate company dress code.  Company required shirt and tie for men and business suits for women.  We implemented the business very casual for fridays.  Dockers and  golf shirts.

Knightstalker is like Gro, he has flown first class twice.  Once the same as Gros Philly to Tampa flight, mine was Newark to Nashville.  Asked to take the later flight and was booked onto first class.  Got free first class liquor and coach meal but who cares with free Jack Daniels on your way to TN.

The other time was while KS was in the Navy.  KS was called back early from a school in New London CT.  After interesting Pilgrim Air puddle jumper flight to LaGuardia in which the pilot followed the highway to NY because his instruments went out.  KS missed his flight to Jacksonville FL.  He was put on a midnight flight on Delta.  KS got on the plane still in his Dress White uniform and sat down in his assigned seat in coach.  It was a nice seat, window exit row in an L1011.  There were only about 20 people total on the flight and most were in coach so the stewardesses moved everyone up to first class and gave us free drinks and let us watch movies.

Knightstalker would have posted this sooner but he got called into a private meeting with the IBM assistant project manager.  Knightstalkers job just got offshored.  Two weeks until KS hits the unemployment line.  Almost five years in the same consulting position is a pretty good run in the IT world.
