Admit volunteered his spot once several years ago- on the way back from a mission trip to Jamaica.  Wound up on a seperate flight from the rest of my posse, but sat in first class next to a smokin' hot 35 year old divorcee- one thing let to another and Admit was offered an opportunity to join the mile-high club.  Despite the booze, her abundance of man-made cleavage, and the shortage material in her skirt, Admit turned it down. 

To date, not one of Admit's buddies believes this story.  As a result Admit never likes to fly solo, since no such story should ever go unwitnessed.

TDT agrees with U89.  Flip on the Bose Headphones and drift into oblivion.  Initially TDT was a bit skeptical about the price tag of Bose products.  But now that he has experienced their excellence firsthand TDT would never buy any other brand.

I've never flown 1st class and probably never will. Seems unnecessarily showy, kinda like carrying a Louis Vitton **** brown purse.



Yes, we all know you paid $3000 for that purse that barely holds your wallet and your Gucci sunglasses, but its the color of my terds and it makes you look like an idiot.

I'd just as soon sit back in coach like all the ordinary joe's of the world than up in 1st class where most everyone has their noses  so far up in the air they honestly think their **** don't stank.

As far as kids in 1st class, I'd rather have the wild whiny kids up there with the rich people in the comfy seats than in the back with the commonfolk like myself.

Bitching about 1st class seats that were given to you whether by frequent flyer miles or parents' pockets seems a lot like bitching about the beer selection at your buddy's house. If you don't like it, shell out some dough and get something better, otherwise, shut up and drink.

No bitching here- rather enjoyed the experience- too bad it's most likely a once in a lifetime experience!!

Knightstalker is not convinced this is the real holladawg.  The email address on the last known holladawg post is different from the new holladawg post.  We need the new holladawg to submit himself to DNA testing to besure it really is holladawg.  That or answer the secret question that was posted.

Hope you grab on to something better.... JT cannot say IBM without following it with SUCKS.  He also cannot say Panasonic without following it with BLOWS. Further, he cannot say AT&T or Coach Leatherware without saying die MF'ers.  JT still gives the finger to Coach store employees in malls, much to the sales monkey's confusion.

JT admittedly has a few issues.  But it motivates him to press on with his enteprenuerial ways.  He's rather cut his eyes out with a plastic spoon than work for some major corporate entity again.

Duffman: Since Gro said he didn't want the hate on the LL board I think it would behoove you to call, email, or personal message me if you have a BEEF with me (i am replying in LLPP because this is where YOU attacked me).  You are just showing your ignorance with that last post saying "i am hiding from the MIAC".  Ha are you kidding me? From what? I am buddies with nearly every poster in the MIAC (sans Bethel students  ).  TDT makes the rounds in his posting and if you were to check "recent posts" you'd see I have posted on a variety of boards in recent days.

KS used to have to travel a lot for a job.  KS also agrees with Gro and U89.  Comfortable is the only way to travel.  KS used to hate it when on Friday afternoon we had to rush to the airport to catch flights and couldn't change.  We started to violate company dress code.  Company required shirt and tie for men and business suits for women.  We implemented the business very casual for fridays.  Dockers and  golf shirts.  

Knightstalker is like Gro, he has flown first class twice.  Once the same as Gros Philly to Tampa flight, mine was Newark to Nashville.  Asked to take the later flight and was booked onto first class.  Got free first class liquor and coach meal but who cares with free Jack Daniels on your way to TN.

The other time was while KS was in the Navy.  KS was called back early from a school in New London CT.  After interesting Pilgrim Air puddle jumper flight to LaGuardia in which the pilot followed the highway to NY because his instruments went out.  KS missed his flight to Jacksonville FL.  He was put on a midnight flight on Delta.  KS got on the plane still in his Dress White uniform and sat down in his assigned seat in coach.  It was a nice seat, window exit row in an L1011.  There were only about 20 people total on the flight and most were in coach so the stewardesses moved everyone up to first class and gave us free drinks and let us watch movies.

Knightstalker would have posted this sooner but he got called into a private meeting with the IBM assistant project manager.  Knightstalkers job just got offshored.  Two weeks until KS hits the unemployment line.  Almost five years in the same consulting position is a pretty good run in the IT world.
