The grandstand seating at Union is not very large. 1700 or so.  There is plenty of room on the other side.  There are no seats though.  It is a grassy hill so bring your own chair. Sunglasses are a must because you will be looking into the setting sun.  Not sure what the NCAA will do about the coolers but last week coolers could be brought in to the grassy area.

GB is always welcome to sit next to Zach...Zach will make sure he is capable of passing gas on a most regular basis....and will start eating chili, pepporoni bread and will go all the way to Rochester to get some Genny Cream Ale if necessary!!!

IC and Union are cut from the same cloth, thats why its so easy to hate the bombers.

I've never been so insulted in my life. 

Its alright Jonny, alot of people hate the bombers.  Bobby thinks JU will eventually get over it.

The early forecast for Saturday is: Partly sunny, High 46, Low 29.  Perfect weather for football.

Im not insulted that people hate Ithaca, Im insulted that Gro compared IC to Union.

Ithaca is a private school though so Union has a chance......

Reno said last week the Mizro was the best QB in the LL but that that opinion could change after attending The Shoes game and getting to see Robertson. Reno's opinion remains the same but he has got to show some respect to the Frosh, to be a Frosh QB going into the Shoes Game with a Playoff Bid on the line and your on the road, to come out, throw 0 INT's and lead your team to 42 Points with the Defense doing everything it can to take away your #1 WR (I wont say he is a TE!), the kid is going to be 1 Cool Customer in this LEague for years to come......

I havent posted much on this board all year... and I just have a couple questions...

Does Zach attack always talk about himself in the third person?  Does this drive anyone else crazy?

Zach thinks that's interesting on the crowd support comment. Zach will probably take some heat for this...BUT, Zach has sat through too many games where the team needed the crowd and it was dead silence.  IF Union didn't throw up immediate points or was struggling...it was way too quiet....IF crowds can help the pros, they certainly would have an impact at D-3...Zach believes you have to play with smarts, but with major emotion and intensity and it's weird doing that with a stone silent crowd...Players seem to have great parent support, but you need a lot of people making noise even when things aren't going well!!! Actually, you need them more when thinks are not going well!

Garnet made a comment to U89 during the game Saturday regarding the size of the crowd and how quiet it was.  Check out Garnet and U89 in the crowd.....
Look at the top row from left to right...see the tall dude in red?  Garnet and U89 are right in front of him.  Garnet is in the yellow cap.

AJ thinks that part of it was because the scoring was happening so fast it never really allowed you to get into the game...well maybe car bombs helped impare the attention as well....

ha! Sollified let Gro learn you on LL discussion 2005. EVERYONE writes in the 3rd person... it is the unwritten rule.  Gro will let your first infraction slide. Can't believe it took you all year to post. Missed saying WE MUST PROTECT THIS HOUSE!!

GB thanks Garnet for his insight, it has been a long time since GB went on a recruiting visit to Union.  First and last time GB had Golden Anniversary Beer, didn't sit too well with his stomach .

GB respectfully declines to sit next to Zach, but thanks him for the offer.

Union is a private school as well and is higher on stanford review in education... and our football program has a better record as of right now so what are U babbling about... NNR hopes it snows 8 feet this week so ithIca fans have flashbacks of RPI
