Garnet had  a great time at the Union/RPI game.  Fantastic weather, great crowd and  Union victory!

Garnet did not get a chance to meet PC, RedSwarm81, Solly and LD11.  Wished he could though.

RS81 didn't get a chance to meet any of U guys, even though he would have enjoyed it immensely, (especially meeting his 82 contemporary, with whom he might not need a translator).

The RedSwarmlets had a great time too, in their first trip upstate.

I don't think I ever played in a football game under such fabulous conditions: the highest stakes, the best weather, good (well-behaved) crowd, . . . let's do it again soon, whattaya say?

IC and Union are cut from the same cloth, thats why its so easy to hate the bombers.

I've never been so insulted in my life. 

Its alright Jonny, alot of people hate the bombers.  Bobby thinks JU will eventually get over it.

The early forecast for Saturday is: Partly sunny, High 46, Low 29.  Perfect weather for football.

Im not insulted that people hate Ithaca, Im insulted that Gro compared IC to Union.

Ithaca is a private school though so Union has a chance......

Union is a private school as well and is higher on stanford review in education... and our football program has a better record as of right now so what are U babbling about... NNR hopes it snows 8 feet this week so ithIca fans have flashbacks of RPI

Not so fast my friend, Gro was accepted into Union back in the day. Audino cried when Gro told him he chose RPI... ok he didn't cry he pretty much just mumbled "well, good luck" and hung up the phone. Gro believes he probably cried later that day.

my parents don't make a lot of money... I got into Union for athletics, but why is it bad to have good academics as well...Just because a group of sorority girls drive fast cars and lots of men while in a cocaine induced state doesn't mean all of Union is like that my friend.

However, good call on my mom shopping at gap ... haha... NNR had to send that bit## back to the sto'...

I do respect your program but your fans are just far to cocky comming in a 7 seed... I know of your success, it would be HUGE for Union to post a win against a team like ithIca, but you guys have no respect for any of our teams in the LL when we deserve some this year.

gro, I had a very similar experience at the U except Audino did in fact cry when I told him I was going to Ithaca.  Then he made me give back the garnet sweatervest he let me use on my recruiting visit. (He told me t-shirts wouldn't be acceptable around Union athletic facilities....and also the hockey coach told him to stay on his side of the office.)
