TDT I have seen the forecasts for the eastern seaboard to get smacked but right now on the radar I see a 'cane taking dead aim on the panhandle of florida!!! I USED to think what a great place the panhandle of florida would be to retire right now i think the upper peninsula of michigan is the spot to throw the anhor overboard...

U89 has been away, so he does not know if LLPP has already discussed this, but here goes nuthin'....Picked up Lindy's 2006 National College Football Preview to prepare for the '06 version of U89's gambling addiction. The mag has a section on D3 and here are the main highlights:

- #3 Rowan
- #4 St. John's
- #6 Delaware Valley
- #9 Union
- #11 Hobart
- #15 Ithaca
- #23 Trinity (CT)

Union has 2 First Team All-Americans in Arcidiacono & Angiletta......RPI has 2 Second Teamers in Bernardo and Branche....Arcidiacono is also the magazines D3 MVP!!!!!! Pretty impressive, hopefully it will translate to the regular season.

How does RPI get those type preseason individual honors and not even break the top 25??

RPI's not in the top 25 because this poll is based on last year and Lindy's is only going on playoff appearances and final records. RPI is in a good position coming off an ECAC win and their best offensive players returning. They just have to beat Becker, Endicott and Utica.

Now, what bothers me is the fact the Trinity CT is stealing away votes from other schools. Not taking anything away from Trinity. RPI used to play Williams JV squad back when Williams was the top team in the NESCAC and those boys were tough... so 'Gro believes that Trin could probably hang with most teams in the east... but the fact is that they have excluded themselves from non conference games and the playoffs, so why even include them in the polls?

Edit: Does anyone know if they make zubas shorts?....or do I have to go old school and cut them myself. Reg is not fond of any temperature this high.

When something bothers reg, he complains....it doesn't matter to who, but if I have a problem, someone else will know.
I don't like your food....I complain....you have really bad breath...I complain.....

Todays problem is with the spam mail being sent to my yahoo mail account. I literally get 50 messages a day in my "spam" folder!.....Who are these people that send this stuff? I don't even look at the folder, but it pisses me off knowing that this could actually be getting into my real mail, or worse....when one slips...watch out.

Reg doesnt even open mail anymore unless it is from one of 3 places or personally addressed. Who is selling my information??!!! Why would a company I do business with, turn around and sell my lead to 30 other mortgage brokers, 20 other insurance people and 5000 credit card people!!!!

The over under for mail regulation is 3 years from today. Who wants in?

pretty much any mail that isn't from UPS/Fedex Gro does not want... because it is either junk mail or a bill.

But the junk mail is rediculas. I don't need any more insurance on my house, car, junk, than I already have... I don't need a car loan from Bill Heard Chervolet. I don't even want that blue packet of coupons.

Everyone wants to get paid...."oh you want electricty....pay me" what about cable....pay me....the phone....pay me.

What about when that crap is out...you dont give me the opportunity to call up and collect the compensation when the cable goes out and I miss "Save the last Dance"....what about power when I am in the middle of trying to pop some smart pop?.....How about when I am on a business call and my phone mysteriously looses signal for a good 5 mins?
