Yo Adrian!

Everytime JT thinks of Rocky.  He remembers Eddie Murphy's bit in RAW about Rocky.  NSFW

Oh you just saw Rocky.  Look little Italian white man.... why don't you just hop in your IROC Z-28 and take your ass home...

LMAO

in a previous 'Gro post I noted that I took in an ish load of TV marathons this weekend... let the commentary begin.

Flip this House
Good show, fun show. Glad that they did added some more flips instead of the one team in SC with that annoying girl who has NO CLUE what is going on at any moment. Her sole purpose was to act at the "phone girl" between the project manager and the guy in the helicopter with the front money. But after watching this show, why do people think that just anyone could do this for a living? Flipping houses starts and ends with 2 things. MONEY and connections (insert arguement with GGF).

Next
The flamboyantly gays ones are downright disturbing. Where do they find these guys?

Little people small world
Reality show about a midget couple, their 2 normal sized kids and one little midget pimp daddy kid. The dad and LMPDK go to a little person conference in FL and the dad is trying to get his kid some action, making him talk to girls and whatnot because thats what they do at these conferences... it's one Big little orgy.  I can picture "the talk" the father has with the son when he hits a certain age. Well son it's time for you to decide weather you want to be a childrens stunt double, porn actor, or carnie.

JT belongs to his local real estate club.  Good for the knowledge... finding out who the good contractors are... foreclosure info... courses etc.

Lot of flippers in the club.  Some good courses on flipping but it ain't JT's bag.  He's bird dogged a few deals and flipped to a rehabber for a few G's from time to time.  Only time JT would pick up a junker would be if he was upgrading (better neighborhood, more land, bigger house)  from his present homestead and gonna live in it.

Lot of stress in flipping.  Higher loan payments, babysitting contractors, permits, agent commission. Money tied up 3-6 months until it is sold.   Plus your likely to get tagged as a retailer and not an investor by the IRS... more money to the tax man.

When JT has the dough... he's going the apartment route.  Tenants pay the mortgage, management company runs the property.  Less stress... more upside.

Rolevio

Rolevio figures he might as well put down his Fantasy Football team up for ridicule as he has no wide receivers.  Picked 8th in a 10 man league.

It's been a few days since the random youtube clip  this one is kinda old, but things like these never get too old.

p.s. yes, I know I'm going to hell.

Lyco80

Random rants:

Rocky Balboa - I saw the first one when it was new - great story - moving music - awesome oneliners - but sometimes more of a good thing is just more.

CA parent blindsiding kid - a true cheapshot - and now he can prove how tough he is in the County Jail with some of the inmates.

Motorcycle stunt gone bad - you have to almost wonder if the woman was the dude's fiance' or girlfriend or something.  For a split second there it looked like her hair, aka Farrah Fawcett doo, spontaneously combusted.

Steve Irwin - people will talk about him dying doing what he loved - and while that is true - he is still dead - way too prematurely and leaving behind a wife and kids who will live a long, long time without hearing "Crikey" from their main man.  That sort of talk is just people trying to put whip cream on a turd.  He died cause he lived too close to the edge one time too many.  I am sorry he is gone - he contributed to life.  A stingray of all things - CRIKEY!

FSU-Miami game - can someone please rush the ball - anyone?  Three yards - and how about that hit the QB took at the end of the half - maybe that DB or LB should square against that parent in CA.  I would pay money to see some of that action.

Enough - thanks for reading and not puking.

All The Best

P.S. - we pack out for Japan the last week of September.  I wonder if there are any D3 football schools on the island of Honshu?

Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

No worries, we have 9/30 and 11/4 circled on our calendars even if D3football.com doesn't.

In one of the newspapers today JT read that Katie wants viewers to help her develop a unique signoff.  Maybe the LLPP can put together a list of signoff possibilities:
