I had the armpads (with the handpads too) in pop warner... I had to get rid of them when I switched from OL to FB and fumbled the ball during a game.

What I hate more is the kids game with the saftey's GF.
When #34 and his GF break up from time to time...guess who jumps in to "console" her Goose.....and then he is playing the game where he tells her, "Oh I don't think he is treating you right"  "You should be with someone who cares more about you" BS

Dood, I bet that girl loves to be treated like crap...and I bet she likes it even more when #34 wants to kick gooses' azz for flirting with her only to get back with him, rinse and repeat.

Man, sometimes Reg thinks he has all the answers, but then cant answer the question like "why after one of the best weekends at the new marina....swimming...partying and then spending the day Sunday talking about PD&IC and then coming back to see our friends from the old marina, is MR pissed at me for moving marinas?  Cant I have the best of both worlds?....new marina, better slips, a real pool, and an open ticket to visit our 2 friends from the old place?

Forearm shivers are a lost art.  JT used to practice them on a heavy bag.  After the ref checked everyone's pads, JT inserted those wooden TP rollers under his forearm pads.    Drilling dudes in the head... ah fun times.  The best part was when they'd try to throw one back and come from outside the body and get a flag.

When JT was little, he saw Deacon Jones on film doing that head slap.  Deacon said if you wanna distract someone, hit 'em in the head.  Since the head slap was illegal, JT's Dad recommended learning the forearm.

Reg is right about the size and style of o-lineman at RPI. 97-98 (and previous years, but thats when I got there) those cats were jurassic sized... and mean.

And those guys were downsized from the ones that RPI had earlier.  AJ is sure RT can fill you in on all their exact sizes but when AJ was a freshman in 96 the lineman were monsters....

Typically I would be pulling for the Dlineman.....but this cat is readiculas....he is a "baby fat" Dlineman who probably cries at night when a chick doesnt call him.   More so, when they show him out with D-backs girl, he is with all chicks...thats like 7 chicks and one dude.  Now, unless you are the MAN...and I mean the MAN...the only way you get that sort of ratio is when...well you guys know what Im talking about...


If this were a lineman that was a badazz that stole this pretty boys girl, I would be happy....but forget that....no way am I pulling for this cat.

speaking of redicuals... I want a UGA/SC review from OXBacker.  Gro was a little let down by the UT co-eds. Maybe because the student section was on the other side of the stadium and all gro had near him were old people, families, and a few mullets.

LD11 wore his American Flag bandana in HS.  I also used to take about 45 minutes with a q-tip and the eye black in a squeeze bottle and make sure it was perfectly symmetrically rectangular.  Damn I looked good.

Did anyone else ever wear breathe-rights back when they first came out?  I tried it out, after about 3 plays, I sweated so much that they fell off.  I think those things just let you inhale more dirt through your nose.

My Indy bet last night turned out well.  Thank god Vinatieri is nasty.  I needed his 47 Field Goals to cover.

I get an email today from this new girl in customer service asking for blah blah blah... not important. So I reply with what she needed and she responds "thank you, sir."

Sir?? Sir??... I'm 27.  She's around 23-25. There should be no sirs involved unless she's popping out of a cake in skimpy military gear like in under seige. Then again, I'm in the south. People call eachother sir. Maybe she was just being nice. I don't know. It just felt weird.
