I have grown a lot both personally and as a musician since this pic was taken. Back in the day I gave Grand Master Flash quite a run for his money dropping some freestyle on the wild Brooklyn streets. Yet in the end the result was much like Union after the loss to RPI; felt that I played well but very disappointed with the result. Sincerely Dave

New Orleans Saints Offensive Coordinator and former Cortland St TE coach Doug Marrone has been named Syracuse ORANGEMEN head football coach.

According to SU's website, Marrone was also an OL coach at the Coast Guard Academy.

He began his coaching career in 1992 at Cortland (N.Y.) State as a tight ends coach before stints as offensive line coach at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy (1993) and Northeastern University (1994).

JT had his out of office XMAS party on Thursday.  In office will be next Friday.  Anyway it wasn't too bad.  JT kept a cool buzz... (had a client meeting on Friday). Highlight of the night was when Bobby Bacala of Sapranos fame rolled up to the bar.  Funny dood.

Set your TIVO's on ESPN HD after the Heisman ceremony.  JT has a buddy at ESPN who saw the colorized HD version on the 1958 NFL Championship Colts vs. Giants and he said it was pretty sweet.
