the guru is very well spoken on there... and well represented.  SF didn't know he had so many interests outside of the D3 Sports Network and his job at Verizon.

Heh, Heh, Hershey Hotel, sounds like a happy place.

KS took MKS and the Stalkerette to the Pru Center and saw the Globetrotters, MKS idea.  Stalkerette had a blast, MKS had fun and got a sweaty wristband, the kid got her basketball autographed by several players and her picture taken by the Daily News with one of the players.  There was a half hour autograph and picture taking session after the game.  KS remembered how much he used to love the Trotters when he was a kid watching the Stalkerette laugh and cheer them on and boo the Generals.

JT used to see them too.  They also used to be on TV more often.

dlippiel

dlippiel also spends "some" occasional time on Facebook. Usually it is sending his wife props because she spends much more time on there. If any of you guys are on there look for David Lippiello you can find me. Here is SRT's opp to find me and kick my ass for all the stupid stuff I used to say here before I learned how exactly the great LLPP roles and the mutual respect shared on here. Luckily he extended the peace branch to dlippiel or my name would never be posted on here guessing that I am up to SRT's elbow. Thanks SRT you are the man!!! Without out the LLPP dlippiel would be a lost soul searching for D3 football wisdom and the **** hammering of stupidity across the globe.

Pat Coleman

Yeah. Fairly addicted to Facebook. I got started with hopes of reaching more college students and getting them interested in the site but quickly found far too many friends of mine as well. :)

Now I'm using Twitter with hopes of promoting the site. Going to try to stay more on message there. Not tweeting about personal stuff, all about D-III.

DALLAS, Feb. 17 (UPI) -- Listen to any number of media ads and one might assume it is necessary for pills or powders to clean a colon, but a U.S. expert says they may do more harm.
"The lining of the gut regenerates about every seven days, so you probably don't need colon cleansers," Dr. Anne Larson, associate professor of internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, said in a statement.
Not only are colon cleansers unnecessary, they could unbalance the body's
fluids and lead to dehydration, salt depletion and low blood pressure, Larson added.
Long-term dangers include anemia, malnutrition, heart failure and damaging the colon wall, while using unclean enema equipment could lead to infection, Larson said.
Worried about a buildup of toxins because of constipation?
"Stick with what's proved to be safe," Larson advised. "Drink plenty of water and eat food high in fiber such as fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains."

it was only a matter of time.....what a joke. Chrysler is like the fat ugly hooker who just contracted a deadly, non-curable, contaigous disease...now there's REALLY no use for her so put her out of her misery. A $4billion trip to the clinic ain't gonna fix this one.....

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090217/ap_on_bi_ge/autos_bailout_37

How's this...if the gov't is so intent on trying to throw our money at stuff, instead of throwing $4b at a bottomless pit, why not take $2b and give each of the 30,000 displaced workers a $60,000 severance, or pay them $5k/ month (tax-free) for up to 12 months or until they get a job, whichever comes first. Better then a sharp stick in the eye. Then use the other $2b on small business grants, subsidies, and other programs to stimulate new business rather then the decrepit auto industry that is over-capacity.

After first glance at that article and seeing the pictures, are these clowns STILL building Trucks?  Here's an idea, why not sell the 3 years of inventory still sitting on your lots?

And furthermore, cars for that matter.....why don't they just build to order and carry just enough stock at the dealerships to demo one of each model?
Why continue building inventory??  I don't get it!!!

gm is finally doing what they should of done years ago...good bye to pontiac, good bye to saturn, good bye to saab, they should also say good bye to buick. they are finally getting lean and chopping off the rosie o'donnell fat that has been there for years, now if they were only able to do something about their long term obligations to retirees and totally unrealistic expectations gm could possibly emerge lean and mean after this bloodbath
