The Bill Belicheck/Tom Brady FU-NFL Tour 2009 Roster:
Fred Taylor - Check
Ray Lewis - Coming Soon
Derrick Brooks - Coming Soon

good god...buy stock in geritol...those doods are old and over the hill.

I'll take every single one of them for 2 years.

just sighted...latest exercise equipment put in patriots gym....

This just in, Andy Reid is NOT skinny...

Also just in, Arlen Specter is investigating Kurt Warner's illegal use of God in the NFC Championship...

dang that looks good...pbr hasnt been in the city a over a month and is craving a pats/genos/tony luc's/jim's cheesesteak

If you have a Trader Joes near you, they have fresh sliced steak in the meat case.  Slices aren't uniform and not like the steakum bricks.  It looks very close to the sliced meat they throw on down in Philly.  Good marbling... cooks fast.  Tasty.

Great when you are craving but can't get to a good joint.

JT made some for a few Philly area friends recently and got two thumbs up. Made em wit wiz and they came back for seconds.

nice JT ...u know the terminology so u dont get yelled at when ordering...

lamp is lit...been a long long week in the markets...ugh

Philly was a quick trip from the Boro.  And JT makes sure to get a cheesesteak whenever he's in Philly.  $100 ham is for posers.  JT is usually wit American and Onions and sometimes peppers.  Every once in awhile he'll go wit wiz, but has to be really craving the wiz.

Small faux pas my friend..."wit"in the order always refers to the onions...

therefore the order would be placed as "wiz wit" or "wiz without" meaning cheeze wiz "with onions" or cheese wiz "without onions" ...and the cheese is ALWAYS first..  Also one never order with an "ummm i'll have an ...ummm"...and never order in anything but english

Patience is thin at Pat's or Genos my friend...

Thanks for all the good wishes, guys.  +K to everyone

The cross-country drive begins on Thursday, March 5.  The Rev will spend the night in Las Cruces, NM, Marshall, TX, Suwanee, GA, and Chambersburg, Pa.  From Pa, the Rev can make the drive home to Norwich, NY in just a few hours.  Plane leaves for Korea from Syracuse on March 11.

Here's the best part...The Rev is searching for tickets thinking about how much he does NOT want to spend a thousand dollars right here and now.  Then the Rev got the idea to use his frequent flier miles.  He needed 100,000 to fly Delta from JFK to ICN.  So the Rev bought some miles to get up to that level.  A slight error.  The Rev was then struck by the brilliant thought to look at flights from SYR to Busan, ROK.  Using his Delta miles, he will fly a codeshare on Northwest.  Cost?  60,000 miles plus $80 tax.  No kidding.  SYR --> DTW --> NRT --> PUS  19 hours.  The Rev still has 40,000+ FFMiles and is thinking he may need to upgrade to Biznizz class.

As expected, The Rev has been contacting all former members of his haram.  Some are receptive, others not so.  It has been 8 years since the Rev lived there and three since he visited last.  No matter, the Rev's favorite girl, an opera singer and pianist, is performing on March 17.  St. Patrick's Day isn't too big in Korea, so instead of putting himself six feet under with Guiness, the Rev is going to stay sober and go to her show.

Korea is one of the most connected countries in the world, so internet access will not be a problem.  The Rev will need to be on LLPP in order to get a good dose of D3 news and commentary.

Watch out all RPI and Union fans: Since the Rev will not be able to attend either game, he will not be there to jinx the Statesmen.  So, we can all expect Hobart to go undefeated this year and maybe even make it to the third or fourth round of playoffs.  Then the Rev will have something to bitch and moan about in the fall.

Good luck Rev

Still wish you could attend the RPI game to ensure an Engineer win ;)

Can't wait for the first meeting between newly acquired Chief QB Matt Cassel and Bernard "Destroyer of Knee Ligaments" Pollard.

An ok trade, neither Cassel nor the Chiefs know what they are getting into, but they got 2 starters (LB Vrable) for a low second round pick. The pats don't have to pay their probable backup QB a gagillion dollars and they add a high pick.

Touchdown Tommy

Enginegro please cease and desist all National Football League chatter 'til mid July.  It is Baseball season!!!!!

I think it's a genius move.  The Chiefs second round pick is pretty close to another 1st rounder for the Pats.  2 Months ago, they were getting nothing for Cassel.  They franchise, pump his hype a bit, and get atleast SOMETHING for him.  Vrabel, as much as we love him, has lost a step, and I think they will survive without him.  Salary Cap has been freed.  Add Julius Peppers to my list from yesterday.  Ray Lewis and Julius Peppers would look pretty nice in the Pats unis me thinks.

Yea it would have been nice to have gotten a little more (or I was even thinking a guy like Tony Gonzalez), but in the end the Patriots basically got a good pick and gave up their backup QB and an LB with questionable years left on his contract.

me thinks Pioli called in a favor for this one... 2 players (although one is older than dirt) for one pick? The texans gave up more for Matt Schaub.

"Right on"

Paul Pierce thinks Ray Lewis did it.
