Wow, that is uncool.  Did anyone find the phone?  Many times, people will just return if....I'm sure you tried calling and texting it?  Or did you flip out and immediately shut in off in fear that the person was going to run up the bill?

PBR...

pbr gave it 2 days looking for it and couldnt find it so it was driving pbr nutz not having a fon so went and got a new one...plus pbr had them check to make sure no one was calling or running up the bill....pbr even asked youngest child did u hide dad's phone anywhere in the house? hoping the kid stuffed it in between couch cushions or somewhere in in the house but no such luck so pbr no is entering all the d@mn numbers by hand...totally sux especially since people have 3 numbers from work/home/cell .... or like gro who has 8 numbers and they are all cells....

been there, pbr --it sucks bad.  Back in January to be exact.  At a bar, watching UC in the Orange Bowl... and the phone just magically vanished.   Called it and texted.... then called again, and the phone was turned off.  Never saw it again.

Thinking back.... it could've been one of the females I was arguing with about D3 football being "****ty" (as she called it) and was promptly called a "lazy fat bish"..  she probably took the phone out of spite..  but I wasn't going to let some 250 lb chick sit there talk some 'ish like that --plus I was very hammered.

question of the day... Is Jack Bauer developing a conscience?

PBR, just got back from the White Mt. region and I have to update that the skiing conditions were pretty good for this time of year.  That can only mean that the conditions up in the ravines are probably ideal.  Still probably a little cold up there, but the sun was out this weekend and it was fantastic over at Bretton Woods.

best time of year to go skiing...temps are moderating and high sun angle perfect days to sit on the outdoor deck and have a cold brewha and think about all thats good in life!! love skiing this time of year the resorts in pa. are winding down this week mostly. plenty of snow but traffic is dropping off so bottom line is dwindling and thus time to shut it down. shame people see april and stop skiing when in reality there is plenty of snow in the slopes and they could enjoy nice warm temps.

PBR...

JU this is what pbr is talkin about this pic was taken sunday out at crested butte, colo a nice sunny day and sit back on the deck and have a cold beverage and reeeelax....although they have gotten about a foot of powder since then....

reg doin a  little ice fishin'?

OSHKOSH, Wis.,  March 25 (UPI) -- A man found on an ice slab in Oshkosh, Wis., refused a rescue attempt on the grounds his location was ideal for fishing, a would-be rescuer says.
Lt. John Zimmerman of the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department said 35-year-old Joseph Dake rejected offers of assistance Tuesday despite being found on anice slab a quarter-mile from shore in Lake Winnebago, The (Oshkosh, Wis.) Northwestern reported Wednesday.
"It wasn't a free flowing piece of ice," Zimmerman said. The police officer
said while the slab was connected to the shore by ice, a large crack was
visible in the ice structure.
Zimmerman told the Northwestern despite the presence of a rescue boat deployed by the fire department, Dake was determined to make the best out of a good fishing situation.
"He had caught some fish and I think that's part of the reason he didn't want to leave," he said. "Apparently, he has done this before."
It was not reported if Dake, who used a ladder to reach the slab, made it back to shore safely after he was done fishing.

Not much for AI, but was flipping though. Whomever the guy is, he f*ckin nailed Smokey Robinson's Tracks of My Tears.  Great version.  Maybe Youtube will have it tomorrow.

The Rev's cousin is now back in Iraq.  Here's a photo of him in a marsh looking for smugglers.

His wife just had baby #3 while he was on R&R.  I think he's got about 8 or 9 months left.  Pray that Major James Tully gets back in one piece.
