Although he was most famous for his nearly 4 decade career as the voice of the Phillies, most people don't realize he has been the voice of NFL Films for almost 30 years after John Facenda passed away. He also was the voice for Temple Football for a few years and up through this past football season, did Division 1 games for Westwood One radio.

is it pbr or are the yanks/bosox looking very long in the tooth and old? tampa is young and a strong team let alone when they bring price up in 1-2 weeks....this should make joseviper a happy man. over the course of the season tampa looks to be the team to beat and eva longoria may be the mvp this year. glad the phillies got tampa last year as this year they may be a very difficult team to beat w/ the experience and hunger they have

Ah yes.  Behind the Green Door.  A classic.  May have to pop it into the DVD player this W/E as a tribute.

Tasteful use of the Ivory Snow ad... +1!

(Found in her mobile home?  Hmmm...that is sad that she died so young.  Sadly, I fear that... how shall I say it?

In Texas, we might say, "she wuz rode hard and put up wet".     :(  )

The Dutchmen's schedule for 09'. Looks pretty damn good to me! I think their SOS is quite solid should be tops in comparison to the rest of the LL.

TGP will give the Fighting D credit for the IC and SU games regardless of H vs. A; but tempers the props b/c UC's most important games (e.g., the home league ones vs. top LL rivals- WPI, Hobart and RPI) are all home games.

Union affords itself the ability of going 0-3 in OOC games and still getting an AQ b/c of the HFA/favorable scheduling.
