This just in:
Hobart and Alfred are "in discussions" re: a game on Oct. 17 according to TGP's sources in Geneva.

Stay tuned.

Should AU and Hobart agree, a Saxon trip to the Boz would give both schools five home games and five away games. Plus, a trip to Geneva is a cheap fun road trip for the AU Pep Band.

On Saxon Warriors!

On Saxon Warriors! On to Victory!
...Fight, fight for Alfred, A-L-F, R-E-D!

good now your all set to go get your masters and accumulate more debt....

Funny, I actually paid that one off right as I got it.  Much much cheaper though!

Congrats Utah to have those college loans now behind you must certainly be a relief! I also paid my masters off as I got it because I refused to take anymore debt for my damn degrees. yet as we speak UVM still has my jewels in a strangle hold that will not relinquish for quite some time. Good for you man a well deserved nap to say the least!

still paying for that RPI degree...

Closed circuit to the RPI grads, for such an expensive, old, prestegious school... doesn't the diploma look absolutely ****ty?  Seriously, it looks like someone printed it off on resume paper using a color laserjet. Is gro the only one that thinks that?  And would it kill them to kick in the $120 for a frame after raping you for 6 figures in 4 years?  No wonder mine is still stashed away.

Agreed.  My UNCW degree puts that thing to shame.  Good luck getting a frame out of any school though.

The Hobart degree is something to be proud of.  It is in Latin, which is an indication of the quality education that Hobart once provided. (Oh SNAP!)  The only bummer is that it is tiny.  Maybe 6x9 or something?  Anyway, it makes it really tough to find a decent frame for it.

Back when The Rev was in Korea for the first time in 1995, he had to translate his degree into Korean so that the Korean government would approve his visa.  Needless to say the folks at immigration and labor were simultaneously impressed and utterly baffled by such an anachronistic practice.

The Rev hopes the degrees remain in Latin, even if the state of liberal arts education has gone to pot.

Since the New England Patriots are the only team that really matters in the NFL, I'm curious as to who the clowns here from Boston (ie., LD11, Utah) feel the Pats will scoop up at #23.

U89 is hoping for OLB, Clay Matthews out of USC.....the kid comes from a great program and has very strong pedigree.

Peter King is also stating that the Pats may be looking to package #23 and a second rounder to move into the top 10.......U89 loves the NFL draft.

JT liked it when it was held during the week.  JT and friends used to cut school to watch.  Having it on the weekends is OK, but not the same.

sounds like this lady needs to take advantage of LD's
offer...

CONCORD, England,  April 24 (UPI) -- A 47-year-old British woman says her
arrest for being too noisy while having sex with her husband won't muffle her
loud, vocal lovemaking.
Caroline Cartwright said despite being arrested and receiving an anti-social
behavior order for her vocal lovemaking, she does not see such disciplinary
actions curbing her vocal outbursts during sex, The Daily Mail reported
Thursday.
"I can't stop making noise during sex, it's unnatural to not make any noises,
and I don't think that I'm particularly loud," she said.
Cartwright's comments came after she received her disciplinary order last
Friday. Two days later, a Sunday, the order was violated.
That session of noisy mating brought complaints from 25 neighbors and her
arrest.
One of those neighbors, Rachel O'Connor, told Sunderland Magistrates Court that
Cartwright and her husband Steve were both vocal lovers, the Mail said.
"I heard sounds of a sexual nature. They were really loud, and there was a lot
of moaning and groaning and screaming as if in pain," O'Connor said of the
incident that prompted her complaint.
"It wasn't just the woman, it came from both parties."
