I'm going to keep an eye on home field Susquehanna.  I have no idea how to handicap their game v. Lycoming.  The MAC teams always seem willing to beat the snot out of each other, but will Lyco bring that 'tude to an out of conference game?  If Susquehanna wins this Saturday, they could be a team to make some serious hay in the LL.

Yes. Lyco and Susquehanna always bring the 'tude for each other. Doesn't matter what their respective records are, it's a death match. This is Susquehanna's big rivalry game (which unfortunately will go on hiatus next year).

The SU coaches have been saying all week that Lyco's loss last week doesn't say anything. The players that ran all over us last year are still there. We have a few players injured on defense, which won't help. (Speaking of which, check out an interesting article about receiver Justin Young going old-school and playing on both sides of the ball: http://www.dailyitem.com/0200_sports/local_story_260000025.html).

This is the game we're all pointing to as the mile-marker.

Wow, I had no idea (or I forgot) that this is a rivalry game.  And a trophy to boot--we've hit the exacta.  A football trophy involving a legendary coach and a (surely ugly) hat, man oh man--God Bless America!
