I'm with you on that one doid.

She is now know as Chris Jansing and she is on MSNBC

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3080424/

Kapostasy (thanks wikipedia) is also a D3 graduate - Otterbein in 1978... she's 52 years old! she looks the same as she did when gro was a kid.

Thanks Gro, she's still bringing it at 52.

I remember the Elf and I seeing her as we were at one of the depressing local malls trying to spend his $50 Christmas gift certificate to Chess King (he must have been running low on skinny red leather ties, or maybe the new Cavariche and Capizzio line was out), and stalking her for quite some time.

Now that I know her new name, I will recommence the stalking.

+k for stalking a serious cougar!

Is 52 a cougar? I would think it's over cougar, but I'm only 27.

YIKES! Crusaders weren't on top for long. Now you know why we celebrate when we can.

To weigh in, belatedly, from my handheld on the DewCrew-Frank Rossi feud:

1. Yeah, ATE is a little too in love with Utica. Sorry, man.
2. 'Laying an egg' is NOT synonymous with getting shut out.

Wow, editorial dirty laundry being aired in public.

Maybe it's time for d3football.com to appoint an ombudsman.

Eh, ok. I try to be as fair as possible. duly noted.

Look at it this way -- we've put the spotlight on this week's column.  Make it good!  :-)

redswarm... it's ok. I can handle the criticism. I try to do the column as fair as possible, but sometimes I go overboard. I admit it, but I just want to see my team do well and compete with the Ithacas, RPIs, etc. Sometimes it's good to hear that I'm being biased a little bit or putting to much about my alma mater or whatever. It makes me a better writer and a better fan and a better columnist. But I think Pat would agree that I do a pretty good job with the column, just as Tom did before I started.

As for this week's column, I'll try my best!  ;D

The Elf had the market cornered on jeans with snaps and buttons around the the knee area or anywhere in which they were truly not functional.

This stalking is starting to get "Something about Mary" on me real quick. Unfortunately, I fit the Woogie role to a t (ex the facial ticks and growths). U89, on the other hand, you've got a shot to be Ben Stiller or Brett Favre.

The potential GILF designation brings this to a whole new level, still on the fence as to whether that's good or bad...leaning towards good. This board really makes you think, about the deep issues, doesn't it?

Doid,
U89 has been telling you about this thing that is LLPP for years.  Not to worry though, within the next week or so, someone here will piss you off to such a degree that you will consider never coming back again.

But you will......it gets inside of you.....its creepy.

labart96

Great ITH this weekend with Coach Toop and UofR RB on the show.

Question to LLPP/E8 or other east region teams - is there other teams in D3 that are your "bizarros"?

Not talking about WPI-RPI (i.e., same "mascot name"), but rather teams with identical/similiar uniforms.

Based on surfing D3football, TGP has determined that Gettysburg is the "bizarro Hobart" - same helmets, jerseys are similiar (both Riddells, although bullets go orange vs. hobart blue), etc.

See below:

Coach Mike Toop is the man.....much the same way ex-Trinity Head Coach Chuck Priore is......both guys coached at Union back in the day and decided to go back home to take on head coaching jobs.  No program could go wrong with either guy.

Doid is too green to understand the karma thing.....U89 has been hitting him up as well.

I say we keep the newbie in the dark for a while.
