anyone else notice that denvers throw back uni's yesterday kinda looked like rowan? phew they were some f'ugly uni's and color the broncos had on...

Pep doesn't remember those throwback uni's...they should have left them in the trash. Pep is wondering if the color could best be described as "Bronco Dung"?

Nevertheless, the Broncos played like Rowan when the Profs were the Beast of the East...great win for 5-0 Denver!

dlip must admit his Broncos are a very big surprise to him to say the least.

dlips comments before the Dallas game last week: "Broncos get their ****in ass handed to them and come back to reality." Result: Broncos win

dlips comments before yesterdays game vs Patriots: "Broncos get their ****in ass handed to them and come back to reality." Result Broncos win

dlips face after eating crow after his Broncos are now 5-0... ;D ****in priceless!

JT

MJD really hurt JT yesterday.... after averaging something like 20 pts a week, he's been under 10 for the last two weeks.

SaintsFAN

SF had three positions produce zero points yesterday.  Derrick Mason, Chris Cooley and Josh Scobey K ---- and DeSean Jackson had one point as he wasn't needed against Tampa (Maclin had two TDs)...

Now have to sweat out tonights game as the County Inmates have Sanchez and Ginn Jr going tonight for them...

KS picked up Austin Miles on Sat and stuck him in in Cotcherys place and cleaned up.  AP gave KS a good game yesterday also.  KS is up by almost 50 points right now against Bradys Knee.  Speaking of Bradys Knee, who is the manager of this team?  They did not substitute for the players on their bye.

dlip is with you on that, he has MJD in his other league and his lack of performance hurt dlip's Rotterdam WOP team for the second week in a row. Gotta give the man more ****in touches though. 12/13 is unacceptable!

He needs at least 15 touches and 5 balls thrown his way per game.  JT would like to see 20-25 total per game.  That would net 15 pts or more each week.

Man, how sad is the Mike/Vikki Zimmer story out of the Cincinnati Bengals camp?  After watching "Hard Knocks', U89 really grew to like Zimmer and his overall coaching style....he seemed very tough, but also extremely fair and caring.  Vikki also seemed very involved with Zimmer's player's, often baking them cooking and joking about having to deal with her husband.

The pain that Mike Zimmer and the Bengals program must be enduring is enormous.

God Bless Vikki Zimmer......she seemed like a very nice and down to Earth woman.

Very very sad situation.  Word is she had "post-it" notes on the fridge for this coming week about what kind of cookies she was going to make for the players.  When they saw that he showed up for practice on Saturday in Baltimore, the players came out of their "funk" they were in since hearing the news on Thursday.

Zimmer is a great coach... SF also liked how they showed his interaction with the players during Hard Knocks... and is a head coach in waiting.  They posted some pictures taken before the game of him visiting with his dad, son and one of his daughters --- very emotional.

Was it something that Pep said that derailed the East Region Fan Poll thread?
