Rule #4: Courtesy flush dude, you're not brewing coffee
Rule #5: Don't try to carry on a conversation from the other stall,  I've got reading material for a reason.
Rule #6: Don't grunt and moan like your trying to press 300 lbs.

Pep would follow Rule #5 unless, of course, Pep has a friend in the next stall and we are engaged in flatulent warfare, during which comments are both welcomed and expected.

This also reminds Pep of this one time at band camp....

BTW,

Any of you Union cats graduate in 1978, run track and work for IBM now?  Can a brother get a stock tip?

IBM looks like it is nearing short term resistance and is probably heading down to about 118 where it will meet a resistance level it should bounce back up from.  It has been on an uptrend since Nov. Buy on dips down and watch out for a test of the previous high of $130 before the uptrend that began in Nov.  If it can't break out past $130 it will probably fall down around $110-$112.  If it dips down to $115 or so before testing $130, it may fall down to $100.

This is probably a 6 month trend or so barring any significant good or bad news.

JT,

You don't read business news do you.

-dlip heard Girardi plans to use 18 Yankee pitchers to pitch to the first 18 Angels batters this evening. Girardi's reasons, "I want to make sure I manage every pitch of every at bat to give my team the best chance to win." ****in idiot!

In-laws (Red Sox fans) in town, when Girardi comes out to pull Robertson, I snap " What the f-, err, eh, heck is he doing! I'm getting tired of this crap with Girardi!" I almost dropped a "dlip bomb" in front of my in-laws, seconds away from a night of akwardness. I'm not sure whether to blame Girardi or dlip for this near miss.

doid, dlip has been annoyed with Girardi for quite some time now. Honestly, dlip just does not feel like he has a ****in clue, at times, when it comes to personel. He has made Joba into a ****in circus event. Last night dlip felt sorry for the yankees pitchers, Girardi uses them like they are cattle going out to a slaughter.

Good article on Girardi's moves, Verducci basically said the same thing.

Girardi pulls this **** again tonight dlip goes ****in postal!

True story...Doid's father-in-law used to be a big shot at IBM, knew the guy, and knowing that I went to Union, always told me (for YEARS) that this dude was dirty, not about insider stock trading, but just in general, fudging sales numbers, how he treated people, etc., but he was the (now CEO's) right hand man, so protected.  He was in town this weekend, over and over telling me "I told you so" about this guy.

You want to talk about dirty, read some of the quotes from this Chiesi woman at the new castle fund and then take a look at a picture of her.  She looks like a cross between an old Bridgette Fonda and Artie Lang.

I need some Fantasy help.  What the hell is the deal with this can't cut list?  I'm sitting on Jason Witten, who had a buy week, so I drop Roy Williams and pick up Heath Miller (who turned out to really come through for me).  Now I can't cut Witten because he's on this list.  What's the deal with this can't cut list?  Am I stuck between dropping Miller again (who I'd rather have with the way Romo is throwing the ball) or keeping to TE's?  I've got to replace my defense (Baltimore) this week, but I don't want to drop them but can't afford to carry two TE's and two D's.  What the hell is this can't cut list?

Usually you can't cut 1 of your top 4 picks.

Witten was like my sixth or seventh pick.

I'll deal, it's just a painful week because two of my RB's (K Moreno and R Rice who's been phenomenal) are on Bye as well as my D.  Maybe I'll just drop Miller and put Witten back in (the other alternatives are to drop either the Bal D or Hines Ward).  Maybe I'll swap out for GB's D who has Cleveland this week.

Once again Lew, thanks for the advice on A Johnson and the RB's.  I'm 4-0 in this pro bowl type league.

JT always uses technical analysis before news.  TA software highlights stocks that fit my criteria, then I use news, industry averages, earnings, to narrow it down to the ones I might trade.  IBM hasn't fit my search criteria, and although I usually catch news like embezzling.

But I might be shorting IBM in the future ;)

These bye weeks are putting a hurting on me in my $$ league too.  I'm 5-1 and holding strong, but I have 5 guys on bye this week.  4 are normal starters for me.  it's like patchwork this time of year.  Depending on what happens with the LLFFL waivers this week, I might be TE-less this week.  There is NO one to pick up.  Must be a sweet league where your thinking of dumping Witten.

Six teams, so they should all be stacked, but a lot of these guys don't have the kind of anylitical backing that I do via LLPP.

I just want to keep Hines Ward and certainly don't want to drop Ray Rice (Moreno and Brandon Jacobs I'm becoming less in love with)

You're better off rolling minus a TE for a week than dropping someone that you'll regret.  Just my thoughts anyway...

I have two TEs and normally don't pay much attention because they are low scorers compared to RBs.  Last week The Rev made the ultimate mistake.  He pulled his usual TE and put in his second stringer because The Rev was tired of 3~7 points per week.  So what happened?  The replacement got the Rev 3 points, while the benched-starter had 19 points that week.  The Rev was very mad at himself and may have even uttered a curse word or two...especially since that 16 points would have meant winning that week.  Rev did the same thing with the QBs.  Why did The Rev put Warner in when he had Cutler?

Rev sucks at FFB.  In his league he is 0-5-1.

How do you check the standings in the LLFFL?

And I still have Rothlesberger or Schaub to trade if anyone wants to make an offer.  Both are putting up good QB numbers.
