My first letter is going to be to the Chancellor asking her to explain the need to hire the 'judge' to write a 900 page report.  I will post it on here for comment/review.

No, that could be your second letter. The first letter should read:

Dear Chancellor,

I am a lawyer, and would like to offer my services to investigate other programs in your SUNY system (UBuff football) at a reduced rate of $450K. For that sum I will produce an 1,800 page report. As you can plainly see, I am offering to produce TWICE the report for HALF the price. Another option would be for me to do a full length report on the decision to start DI sports programs at state run SUNY institutions, and the impact to the NY State taxpayers, and the nebulous benifits that residents have received from this investment. Or, a report on the SUNY system itself. And, rather than pay for that, you can receive that free after I distribute it to various media outlets.

I thank you for your consideration of my proposal, and I anxiously await your response. Sincerely, 82.

12 inches of snow in Dallas yesterday, crazy ish. No plows, none of the neighbors even had snow shovels, ended up shoveling just about the whole damn block, followed by knocking all of the snow off of the trees and shrubs at my house. Branches down everywhere, looked like a snow bomb hit the place.

Man, I thought I escaped this (although once a year is very cool, it's the multiple storms that hurt) +K for my fellow snow bound LLPP brethren.

No ****...something to that affect actually crossed my mind.  Thanks for lookin out  ;)

....reality is of course...I am not one of their cronies, and they are not using their own money so they have no incentive to pay 1/2.  In fact, if no back lash this time...next time they will shell out even more to their cronies for an 'investigation'.  Its kinda like the free market in that regard....you keep raising the price until sales level or fall.  The govt keeps stealing our money at greater rates until we wake up and do something about it.

What did you taxpayers have to pay for Cortlands d3 athletic facilities?

EDIT:  TMC loses a WR to UC, but its addition by subtraction.

Nice quote from the kid, good thing he is humble:   ::)

"I had a lot of options to walk-on at places, but I've come to realize that I think I'm better than Division III football so I now want to move on to better things. I had a good time (at Thomas More) and enjoyed playing with them, but I'm looking forward to moving on."

He didn't even have great stats there.  Sounds like sour grapes.

You know what, I remember a kid who played at Ithaca who thought of himself in the same way.  Thought he was going to be the next Chris Doering at Florida.  The big difference between these d3 and d1 recievers (even the best d3 ones) is the height and size.  Speed and quickness aren't always that different in my opinion.

This is LLPP....we wouldn't let Ithaca in to play football and we are certainly not interested in your  BomberBabble.

We would have dominated that league anyway.  Don't worry, Ithaca is going to lay 50 on Abercormie and Fitch College (Union) next year either way.

Then it will really suck to lose to a school you call Abercrombie and Fitch College... AGAIN.

We are getting a first glimpse of snow tonight.  1-3 inches expected.  My boss took today and Monday off so I'll probably be indulging in a bottle of SnoozCream by 3 today.

Wifey working Saturday and Sunday, which gives me a free Valentine's ticket so i don't have to get thoroughly disgusted out in public.  Maybe i'll cook a fancy breakfast on Sunday for her or something.

D*ck in box...

Wow, it's worse than I thought. Ithaca lost to those guys? Man, and I used to respect IC. Now I just pity them.

Oh they aren't bad football players.  That's just how they roll off the field.

JT

Too much a do over nothing.  How else are you going to make the field of 64?  Its Binghamton after all. Binghamton!!! Have you ever been to Binghamton?  Cheating should be expected.

I always thought it was Bingmanton....ever notice no one from outside of NY pronounces that town correctly?
