Some crazy stuff for the Big 10 game at Wrigley between Illinois and Northwestern.....They are going to be using only 1 endzone!!!

Hurts the integrity of the game and some heads should roll for this snafu!!!

While certainly redonculous that anyone in their right mind thought they could play a game with a brick wall 1 yard behind the end zone, and someone certainly had a major screwup and will be canned, I also think it's kind of cool. Everyone agrees that playing at Wrigley, much like the NHL Winter Classic, is an outstanding idea. But this will make it even more memorable. Hey, maybe they go with an "All Time Quarterback". Or, any ball off of the wall is a do-over. Or go total old school, move the goalposts back to the goalline.

Of course, kind of sucks for those folks who bought some great tickets right off the end zone. Now they will be staring at players azzes for an entire game.

Yeah, it's obviously not ideal/should not continue, but I enjoy its kitschy-ness for what's already a pretty kitschy game.
