Sleep well, Rev.  Good start for the boys today at the Boz.  Elsewhere we have an upset or two.  Is Rowan back?  SJF in OT.  Can't wait to see Buff State - Brockport.

Just wish the D1 games were as interesting in the first week. Yawn.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Just interesting enough to keep me awake until it gets out of hand (presumably). Interesting that UTEP got Oklahoma to come to them. There must be going to be two at OU eventually.

ITH radio

Tonight on ITH we'll have a linebacker double feature when we're joined by WPI's Hussein Yatim and Hobart's Andrew Klindera.

Yatim was recently featured in the Worcester Telegram (see link below) and broke yesterday's game against Curry open after a 40 yard fumble recovery:

http://www.telegram.com/article/20120818/NEWS/108189955/-1/NEWS06

Klindera is a co-captain and one of a handful of Statesmen that hail from the Buckeye state.  The senior linebacker had a team high 8 tackles in a 31-0 shut out over Dickinson.

Also scheduled to appear is interim RPI Head Football Coach Bob Bodor and a potential special guest for our Week 2 picks.

So please join us live at 7:30 pm tonight or download the podcast directly thereafter at www.inthehuddlle.com or www.blogtalkradio.com/ITH

Rev was naturally glad to see Hobart win.felt bad for Dickinson until the Great Pumpkin reminded me of how they used to ground our balls into the dirt back when The Rev and TGP were in school.
Ambivalent about the other LL games.
The Rev is more concerned about Geneva College right now. They had a close one with Frostburg this week. To the Rev they are an unknown quantity, and I am curious how the match-up goes.

So was Alabama/Michigan -- the entire game.  Of course, it probably was only interesting if you despise Michigan like I do -- loved seeing Robinson get 70% of his passing yardage for the night on two plays.

Not to nit-pic, but "great"  would have been Auburn scoring a 2 point conversion as time expired.  War Eagle!  :)

Drunk as a mofo on a Tuesday night. The Rev was out with a couple deans and university president. You guys should try working in Korea. Getting blotto with your boss on Tuesday night is not only acceptable, but the fast track to promotions.
The Rev was promised tonight, after a hardcore karaoke performance, that I will be made a real professor upon graduation in Feb 2014.

Hobart college, the drinking skills I learned from thee hath come in very handy.

By the way, Mrs. Reg is beyond pissed and breathing fire. Will she be s pissed when I come home with a 150% raise? Not sure, but The Rev thinks not.

Congrats to Union's Jimmer Bennet on receiving d3.com team of the week honors for his performance on Saturday against Salve Regina.

I think Reg is going to be pissed too for whatever you are doing with his wife in Korea.

Reg has vanished with the likes of U89, NNR, HollaDog, Top Dog, redswarm, SRT and AppleJack.

I'm not even sure any of them exist.  gro would be on the list, but he posts once every 7 months.
